Never trust a realtor to move here! The park is run down and the realtors do not disclose to you that it floods here seriously very often! The park management does not disclose it either! You think you have found a good priced place to retire but so much is wrong here. Our house flooded and cost $30,000 in repairs 8 months after we moved there. Constant sewer back ups.
