If youre looking for a low priced option then villa huntington is your best bet. If youre married no kids, a single man or single woman with 2 cars or less this place is pefect. Situated in a less than perfect neighborhood does have its challenges but the park seems safe and there is a nice pool although the rules of use are... Oh, watch out for over zealous manager and staff.

This place is dirty, houses are old, neighbors are rude and disrespectful, managers give you false information and I had a good friend of mine cars Towed, homeless people always walk through. It’s garbage here

Management is rude and incompetent, awful work ethics. Theres never parking, people there are rude. Especially lot #126, racist and disrespectful to family members. Not to mention a sex offender lives in the park where children run around all day.

Management really rude,neighbors rude, not a safe place to live with ur family don’t recommend because always got drug addicts walking around mostly in the back

Management here is extremely rude,disrespectful and racist i have friends that live here and almost everytime i come and visit i see it first hand if you are trying to find a nice place to live this is definitely not the place lot #126 will make sure of it

Management does a very poor job at keeping things clean and up kept. Very very rude and disrespectful management as well. Does not treat their tenants with respect and often ignores requests without any word back. If you’re looking for a place to live, don’t start here.

Management changes every few years - the last managers before the current ones were a little...excessive. regardless, I have lived in this mobile home park my entire life and have so many great memories here.

The houses are pretty cosy.

This place is horrible I know someone who lives here and management is rude and disrespectful, there is no parking for friends and family whatsoever, and residents in space #126 are completely rude and were disrespectful to a family member
