Clean Quiet Senior Park located 3 miles from the ocean. Park owner frequently on premises and enforces park rules. Current Space Rent for new tenants is $1,395...(last I checked, when we moved in 3 years ago, rent was $1,095). The last two annual increases have been $65 per year. The club house could use updating as could the gym equipment. There are huge power lines adjacent to the southern edge of the property.

Wonderful place to live. Been here 9 years lots of great neighbors. The pool And jacuzzi are a great place to relax. Lots of guest parking. Nice pot luck gatherings monthly for the residents to get together. Bingo on wed nights.

Ive lived here 10 years its great!! Quiet have my coffee every morning on the patio its so peaceful. The neighbors are great everybody is so friendly. Love the owner/manager of the park Bill hes a great guy! Perfect place to call home...

We’ve lived here three years and love it. The neighborhood is small, quiet and clean. We like to ride our bikes down the river trail to the beach. Best of all, we own our own place in Huntington Beach. This city is amazing and we’re so grateful to live here.

Decent senior mobile home park in Southeast Huntington Beach on the border of Fountain Valley. Average clubhouse with various events organized by the tenants. Owner has some odd rules, so be sure to research before moving in.
