Love the tower. Visit with my girlfriend all the time

Large playground with an area for older kids and an area for younger kids. Plenty of slides and areas to climb and run. 5 total swings, 2 of them being for toddlers. Large open field to run around and play sports, with two large hills to sled down in winter. Splash park in the summer that doubles as a skating rink in winter. Sounds of the highway are very loud, making it hard to hear some times. Seven picnic tables and few benches near the playground area.

Nice local place to take your kids on a sunny day. Can get busy on the weekends, but enough room for kids to play. 2 separate areas for different aged children but right next to each other. Right next to the dog park if you wanted to take your 4-legged child out as well. Enjoyable for all.

First off: free! Really beautiful park that is well maintained and friendly. There is an water area with a spraying water circle. If you can drag the kids away theres also a super fun playground. Half is for smaller kids and the other is older kid approved :) . Pet owners be aware of the dog park and walking trails. Perfect fun for nice days. Bring a picnic. Also: wonderful handicapped bathroom facility

Nice playground. Some broken parts but otherwise a great mix of structures for little and bigger kids.

I liked it a lot, but it lacked some shading. Adding more trees would help.

Very clean, great spot for play, walking, riding, and a quick dip in the spray. Bathrooms on site, and a snack bar during the summer hours.

Me and my kids love Community Field. I love how its not on a busy road. The highways above it but theres no fast card moving right near it. I love others are really fun accessible smaller playground for younger kids and theres also a more challenging larger one. I like how the sprinkler part actually has nothing that sticks up. So that was running around quickly they dont crash into anything. I love how theres bathrooms there.

Nice place. Renovated in the past 7-10 years. Much better than when I was a kid. Hope to see Scott’s tower renovated in the same fashion maybe with a multi purpose kids soccer/football field with picnic area for families.

Fun to the fullest. My children had a great time. This place is a pleasant and familiar place. To rent the skating shoes are only $ 2. They have candies and hot chocolates for $ 1. Definitely, it is a place to spend a nice time with the family. I recommend it 100%. It is open all year.

Best Park with bathrooms in Holyoke

Amazing park and large enough to not be bothered by others. small spray park and great playground with nice hiking trails.

Great park for kids

We were here to visit the dog park. The Mt Holyoke dog park is pretty typical for a dog park in a more metro area. It is small and fenced entirely. There are two young trees offering a limited bit of shade. It was plenty hot in the early afternoon. We were here in the middle of the day in the middle of the week and didnt see many other dogs. A woman did try to call my dog over to her and her children through the fence, poking her fingers through at him. Luckily he wasnt interested, as he doesnt care much for kids. It was a clean park but a bit worn and sparsely attended. LOTS of kids in the area as it is a rec park predominately.

Park area is best in the city. Dog park is great. Spray park is the only thing lacking. Its just one spout for all so not really a spray park

I love this dog park.

Clean park, some folks could be a bit more considerate about letting thier dogs run around the kids playground . The dog park is wonderful for dogs but not all folks are okay with a strangers dog running around thier little ones in the childrens area . Once a toddler was knocked down by a unleashed dog, owner was too busy on the phone to notice what happened.

Its a very nice park, just off i-91 so its a good resting spot to stretch your legs and use the facilities. Very nice walk up to Scotts tower, A very old tower made of granite and a metal roof that looks like the tin Mans hat haha

Nice field. It also has a nice tennis court. You can also rent those motorized bicycles.

Holyoke is a horrible place to raise kids. However, this park makes the area that much nicer. They have sprinklers for the kids in the summer, picnic areas and plenty of parking and benches. Its a larger play area and old school wood. < I LOVE THAT. They have pathways throughout the play area, where the kids can ride bikes, scooters or rollerblades.They also have a dog park section for your fur babies.My only problem is that in the last few years people have been coming into the park and not cleaning up after themselves, their parties and their pets. You can tell the staff tries to keep up on this issue as well and I just read an article about people not picking up after their dogs.Unfortunately, its an issue from the locals, who just have no pride in their surroundings. Egh...

It was a bit busy today but not much. Consider it is Saturday today it is ok I guess. But I found all the I wanted to buy with cheaper discounted prices. For ladies there are so many on-sale shoes options.

This park is one of my daughters favorites.Features:-Good playground-Good sized field for sports-Dog play area-Food/Drink area-Water play areaRoom for improvement:On hot days there is little shade available by the playground.

It a nice playground are but park & rec dont do that great of a job taking care of the field for lacrosse or other sports.

We went in the Winter and did not get to see the water feature but my 4 1/2 year old loved playing on and between the 2 climbing structures. The sidewalks were great for my 9 month old to crawl around on. The police patrolled a few tines when we were there. The dog park looked good and seemed busy. Looking forward to going in warmer weather!

The playground and restrooms are clean and well kept. The fenced in dog park could be kept up with more but it is a great place to bring the dogs.

Very nice dog park. we liked the wood chips because it kept the park from getting too muddy, which is a problem with the dog parks where we are in vermont. appreciated the water bowls, benches, and balls to play with.

Dog pop everywhere! Nasty, Nasty. Nasty. Very stinky. Watching my steps as i walked! Management shouldnt allow dogs on the Kids playground! There is a dog playground just for DOGS! DONT BRING DOGS TO THE KIDS PLAYGROUND! Clean up after your dogs mess!

Geat for family fun it has a kids park with water sprinkler, a dog park, plenty picnic area with barbeque pits. Or even taking a walk up to the Old Scotts Tower.

Great park and playground. I have yet to go skating there but have been told its a fun set up.

Nice playground. Havent used the splash pad bcuz it doesnt open til 11, which is when we need to go for my toddler to nap. Wish it started at 10.
