Cute community!! For the homes being older you can really tell they care about them!! They are beautiful! Quiet place to live and the new owners Havenpark are really adding alot of great touches to this place!! Melissa is an amazing manager as well!!!

The trailers arent great but the people are!

Keeps going downhill. Owners are never available by phone or written message. Owners want to keep increasing lot rent and make rules that they dont enforce, like too many cars parked in or by home. Great example, just watched 5 adults and 3 children move into a 2 bedroom mobile home, with 5 vehicles that park everywhere with no stickers as the owners say only 2 vehicles allowed. Be aware!!

Its not super maintained like most parks but lot rent is lower
