I dont dislike it but its just a trailer park
It is the worst place to live. Very bad administration, every year they increase the rent of the lot and they do nothing to condition the park, they leave a note for everything and they give you time to do what they say or if not they charge you. Horrible. I do not recommend it
Its a place to live instead of being h pool homeless
Never a way to get through the streets.. bad parking narrow roads and noone cares
Nice park but they should all have their own driveways and not have to park their cars in the front of their homes, especially with all the lot rent they have to pay!!!
This place may look nice on the outside and the workers and manager make it sound like a renters paradise. But I warn any potential renter to NEVER rent from this place. They promise to fix so many things and it never happens and then you get blamed and charged when your lease is up. In our case it was the sewer in front of our home that flooded everytime it rained. This resulted in electrical damage to my car that I had to fix myself because the park and corporate office came up with every excuse in the book on how it wasnt their fault. They will also come up with random charges for you after they do a walk through inspection and tell you everything looks great and I quote from our walk through with the park manager this looks better than 99% of the homes we rent. It looks and smells great in here. I have never been so disappointed and what I feel to be, taken advantage of. If you need anything repaired or replaced with these people just forget it, its not going to happen. Save your money and find a more ethical and better place to live. Not to mention the hoards of feral cats the wonder the park.
Ive been living here for 2 years ... its clean, quiet, children have a pool, the only drawback is that the floor can become expensive over time ... they should have a limit limit for the collection of the floor, because no I know how much they would be paying in a few years
Not the worse but decent area to live
Looks like a nice place 2 live would like 2 live here soon
Bought a place here not while ago. Is quiet, good neighbors. The management has been awesome.
Very clean and nice park. They are friendly and helpful.
My family doesnt feel safe in this community and we look forward to leaving. Tires got slashed about a month ago. Windshields were busted out a couple of years back. They make no mention of finding ways to make the tenants feel secure, but boy oh boy if your lawn gets a quarter inch too long they will give you notice. Or they will give you tenant reminder about getting rid of the tires that got slashed along with 70 others that they are too cowardly to admit to and too cheap to try and prevent in the future. They shut the water off for repairs. They have water drainage issues. Their plow trucks push the snow and slush up against your car. Car get mystery damage. They dont do anything about the kids playing in the roads that try to touch your car as they drive by. This community is not safe to live in. Go anywhere but here. Stay away. Do not try and raise your family here. It is not safe.
I have family there. Just visiting, but they could have more parking.
Seems to be a very decent kept park.
Small and mostly quiet. Lived there for a little under 3 years. Rent was increased about 50$ each year for the first 2 years and over 100 this last year. Management said its to compete with average mortgage cost, but thats bull. Its economically asinine first off because you lose tenants because they cant afford it and its ethically disastrous because theyre literally putting profits over people when theres no reason to whatsoever. Mobile homes or trailer parks should be affordable to low income families and individuals. Period. I originally posted a review for this place as having decent rent, but that was when we moved in and that was 740$ a month and I believe thats a fair price for a manufactured house on a lot. Avoid this place unless you plan on buying a trailer, but Id also avoid buying a trailer since their value sinks faster than a rock in a lake after production. One last thing is October of 2017 my car windshield and body was terribly damaged by someone taking a huge rock to it randomly in the middle of the night. So again, if you value your property avoid this place.
Why does water rate go up every time a pipe breaks? Seems we as are paying for extra water leaks to the tune of $30.- $40. A month. Rent goes up $20. A year. Rediculas. Is there a monopoly being on the rise??. #142.
It’s ok if u don’t mind paying too much to live and being told what u can do or have on ur property inside and out there’s too many demands here and the people drive way too fast
Because
