This trailer park is worse than the ones in the Detroit where Im from, not because its actually bad but because these wannabe gangsters trying to make up for living in Holland Michigan, like chill fuc*ing up your life doesnt make you cool. You wouldnt ever be able to handle the real thing son.

Very quiet and has big roads for easy access and you can park in the street but Sun home communities own that Park and Sun home communities is not a great landlord they are by far the worst I have experienced

I have lived here for many years and have tried with numerous managers to make this place a better place to live No success... no management thus far has succeeded in making life better!!

Nice neighborhood with lots of amenities.

Tight corners, narrow lanes, numerous, older, not well maintained homes, lots of clutter everywhere, people dont pay attention & walk in front of you at the drop of a dime, & even, at 10mph make you slam on your breaks to avoid hitting them. Not a nice place to have to visit at all!!! If you dont have family, or friends that are unfortunate enough to have to live here, & you can avoid venturing onto this property I would highly, recommend it.

If you can get to the application process which is Im sad to say extremely hard to accomplish its a very nice sized trailer park they have a pool they have a Leisure Centre and theyre not too far away from gas stations pharmacies or small minute Mark / party stores

Poor management, cleanliness at its worse, gang related stabbings and theft. This is definitely not a park to raise a family.
