Its a very good community

The units were fairly decent.

Most homeless are very dirty on the outside bringing the park down to a lower level

Have never lived here, visited friends here. Looks like a nice mobile community park. I didnt see a swimming pool but it did have a park.

Terrible park. Price is too high for zero amenities. And lets not start on the office NEVER being available...ever

Used to be a great park but now it just looks super trashy and peoples trailers/yards are messy, not taken care of. Cars being worked on or torn apart just a mess. Glad I didnt move there 3-4yearz ago.

Poor management. lots of dogs running lose.nothing for kids to do..

My Massage with Katie was Wonderful.

Mobile homes were not well kept, by and large. Yards were overgrown and mobile homes damaged. No excuse for that kind of slovenliness.

For what I know decently priced good place to live

My future mother in law lives there. Quite place, friendly too.
