Nice little trailer park

Ive been here for about a year and the staff and my neighbors are all very nice. The only complaint I would have is that it seems as though theyre always having someone working on the water. About once a month they have a water shut off notice because theyre working on pipes which kind of throws a wrench in my days. The management is great about notifying us all about it.

I have definitely enjoyed my time here. We are surrounded by quiet retirees, have a pond behind our trailer, and nice neighbors. The park manager is extremely nice as well!

Very quiet trailer home park when I visited a friend. Children playing, pool. Secluded from town.Very nice.

Nice place tho live. Been there 10 years. New management upped rent but has been working on updating gas, water and others.

Roads are terrible! Especially in the winter! Please for the love of GOD invest in some salt! Pot holes are also bad. Love the location with it being out of the way. Also lower lot rent than other parks. Also water company that put in meters are horrible for their customers. Can NEVER get ahold of an actual person. Water company for this park is a SCAM! !!! 2 stars is only for location and park manager being reasonably good.

Too easy to get lost. Reminds me of a maze. Roads are confused by, and kids jump out of no where with narrow roads. Kind of nuts.

I dont live here, but I hear what my friend pays for lot rent, and its ridiculous for the park. Driving down the roads at night, lots of the lights arent even lit. Just let the light bulbs burn out. If youre raising rent, show something for it at least.

Not bad for being a dump

They charge way to much lot rent to not take care of the roads in their park . Sheer ice. Little kids are bound to get hurt if they arent careful. Many people holes, many run down trailers. Police calls are the norm in this park.

The roads are awful with many potholes and not plowed regularly. Management said they were cleaning up the park after they took over but have yet to see it! Lots of cars on the road which makes it difficult to drive around. Lots of people break the rules and get away with it but the people who keep up their place get yelled it for nothing. Wish management would take charge and do what they promised!! Water company is a scam!!

Clean, Nice Size Lots with reasonable price for lot rental.

The roads are potholed and crowded with vehicles parked all over on both sides of the street. There are poorly marked street signs and location markings making finding any address a giant pain in the rear. Most of the trailers here are just that, trailers, not nice well kept residences with mobile homes here. Would not like to live here. In fact Id be embarrassed.

Number one.... they by law can only charge you a 25 dollar late fee, Number 2 why is rent due on different days? My neighbors is due on the 5th and mine is due on the 2nd. They might as well just let us plow through the snow because the people who supposedly plow it just make more of a mess. Water? they say they buy it from the township... the township doesnt sell water. There is no handicap accessibility anywhere in the park. The pot holes are so bad and the sidewalks are in sad sad shape. None of the street lights work all of the time. And the management, well lets just say he is clueless.. Like stoned clueless. And the home they had to demolish a few years back was a meth lab. I have lived here almost 30 years... and this is the worst it has ever been. Minimum wage maintenance man who thinks he runs the place. Nut then again the one who does is clueless. I had to teach him how to write out a receipt for rent. Totally clueless! And the water we pay is turned off whenever with no warning. Is that peacefull enjoyment of my premises.. My battle is not done people, we have to ban together to make sure our we get what we pay for. I so wish I could take that 1 star away but it wont let me post without it.

Getting a little dingy there are places heating with space heaters and no furnaces with bad electric. A meth lab just got cloed and the people ate back in the condemed place with kids. Need checks once or twice a year clean it up!!!

Love the place. Has awesome swimming pool. Has new designs but a sucky landlord.

The new owners have raised rent twice and got us hooked up with this crooked water company(universal utilities) if I dont use one drop of water my bill will still be 28. Thats excessive, theres over 300 trailers in here. The rent has gone up 50/month but theres still potholes everywhere and last year there was a foot of packed down snow on the road most of the winter, thanks to the piss poor plow company they hired. And the late fee for the H20 is $15 and for the park its 60(almost 20%).It may be cheaper than other park but its a meth infested white trash party...

Management was pretty good if you followed their rules and paid on time. New management has been difficult to deal with for many we know. This place has been a safe, kind place to live for over 3 years. We since moved out but continue to keep in contact with our friends. Management lacks people skills, compassion, or the ability to transistion previous tenants to their new and high prices. They want to raise prices with out improvement in homes and conditions of the area first. They added a water bill, Which has not been a unitliy in the area for quite some time. Some friends I know have lost their homes because of management just wanting them to move to do work on the home as well as terminating leases for reasons unrelated to the tenants at all. Some are even going to lose their home just after Christmas. Selfless people, disabled, and have been long term occupants are now finding themselves in the middle of winter and Christmas/new year season homeless. Unfortunatly not the best place at this time if you are looking for management that is realistic about the changes they want to make. Kicking families out to benifit themselves is just poor business.

A. before u starting running ur mouth u should know whats going on.B. None of the occupants that live at that trailer does drugs.C. Cps was been out there n says there nothing dangerous about that place.What happened had nothing to do with the ppl that live there. It was a misunderstanding. The ppl have been there for years n never had any issues before. It took letting one bad person in the trailer to give everybody in the trailer a bad name. Yes, the trailer needs a lil work done to it, but other then that it is an over all nice trailer. Management could b better as well.

They dont plow, when it should be done, then they dont do a good job! The manager takes well care of the park, but they should fire the ones that plow doing the winter!!!
