Great place! The new property manager, Melissa, is great to work with. The Maintenance person, Magan, has been very good at handling any issues promptly. I would recommend living here!

Since the new owners there has been a lot of improvements to the community and Melissa (manager) was very helpful and polite.

I’ve called and emailed twice about a listing and possibly being misinformed about something and have not heard one word back. If the person running the office hates their job maybe fast food would be a better fit.

Dirty and management and maintenance are rude. Crowded and careless people

New ownership has really been doing an amazing job!! Melissa the manager has been patient and very open to communicating with us residents!

Very family friendly place welcome to anyone.

Moblle homes are VERY close together and 2/3 the park are OLD trailers but there is a section where they do have newer trailers. The park doesnt seem to have very high standards as far as keeping yards and porches clean & tidy. Ive not been through the newer section so that may be a totally different story. The owners however seem to be quite nice.

The new owners have updated the place in many ways and they screen people before they move in making the place a safe place

It’s one of the better trailer parks in Holland to live in it may have a lot of older homes in it but more affordable and less trouble then most of the other ones in this town. New owner that is also a nice guy and doesn’t Tolerate trouble or anything that doesn’t belong in it

Under new management; they are trying very hard. They seem to care about the residents. Lots of upgrades and improvements. Many people have lived there for 30 years. Wide diversity of people. Many well-kept mobile homes. On the down-side, there is a lot of deferred maintenance that the park managers are working on, but it will take time.

I’ve lived there for 20+ years very decent mobile home park. As of January 1st, 2018 there was New ownership. Haven’t met the new owners yet.

I personally wouldnt chose to move there, especially now that it has been sold. I hear and know from friends that live there, the new owners are way below par. Driving up the lot rent. Most people live there because of the cheaper lot rent. Sorry to those that have no choice but to stay living there.

The little punk whose in charge loves harassing elderly people. And people in general. Dont move into it unless you want f- bombs dropped at you.

Lived here 32 years. Never had many problems with management. Treat them good and they will treat you good.

Quiet place with a lot of elderly residents and reasonable lot rent

Live here a long time. Aok, just need to repair the lighting post. Use salt in winter on the streets.

I have try many times to contact the owner to make an application to rent a lot but no response anybody knows a difrent ###?
