Super awesome. 20th year coming here. Spinnaker manages this property very well. Nice pool, clubhouse and a short bike ride or drive to the beach.

Nice place to stay. Furniture is clean and attractive. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only have the coffee maker, if you drink the individual cups, bring your own Keurig. Good place to stay and the staff has always been not only helpful, but courteous and knowledgeable.

Nice accomaditions, clean, easy checking and out, convenient short bike ride to the beach, beach lockers available at check-in and reasonably priced, very convenient access, large pool, game room etc. We like it so much we have a time share.

I am currently here at egret point, so I can speak from my point of view. I really enjoy this place, aside from the fact that at the pool, trash was over flowing and at our room, the first bedroom stunk. Like some one PEED against the wall. The cleaners took a day to get there, and didnt come until after they said they would. Totally recommended, just beware for those few things.

Good residential properties in very picturesque grounds. Really comfortable and well furnished.

Hot tub is quite loud.The trash was overflowing out of containers.The TV reception, which is important to me, was terrible.They are pulling in cash week after week, most units in use, despite the pandemic. They really need to use some profits to spruce things upI was there back in June 2017 and there is little change that I can see.It is looking a little old and tired. Time for a few improvements.I am unlikely to return because of reasons I have listed.

The larger part of the pool is 4 to 5 foot deep. This is ok for older teens but for smaller children they need to stay close to edge or wear floaties.

Unit was very clean well equipped,specially liked full size washer&dryer. Location was perfect for our viewing of all the wild life on &around the lagoon. Would like to come back .Also large living area.

Great location. Nice big units. Starting to get older now. Cable went out for two days. One toilet stopped up. Blender leaked all over the counter.

Kinda rundown, hassle with keys and parking permits

Convenient to the beach, shopping, and other amenities. The pool is heated, which is nice for nighttime but not for summer days. The condo was comfortable and clean with good appliances. The only irk we had was with parking, which has been more controlled than past visits. You can now only have one car parked at the beach access and 2 cars parked by your condo. Other cars must stay at the main resort parking.

Pretty well and comfortable place. Ammendities are qualified enaugh. If you are big family you should try it.Prices are reasonable according to its properties.

Two bedroom unit was great as there were only a few steps to the entrance. Three bedroom units are up a long flight of stairs. (No elevator.). Luggage and grocery up steps to three bedroom unit would be a workout for some. Peaceful quiet setting. Two complete suites in two bedroom unit. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time here on vacation! Everything was GREAT!

We have stayed there many times with our kids. But it has gone down hill quickly. They apparently allow pets now as the people who stayed in our condo left pet hair everywhere. A very nice thing when 3 people are allergic to pet hair. We also saw several people with dogs the week we were there. My wife was bitten by a spider and we had to see a dr while we were on the island to get an antibiotic.

Great place to visit and spend time with friends and family

Have been coming for years and always have a great time. Cannot beat the location and atmosphere. Wouldnt want to stay outside of Shipyard. Great view of the lagoon. Close to the pool, but not so close you have to hear it.

Great place to vacation. Do not go on a time share talk no matter how much they offer you.

We rented a three bedroom at spinnaker resorts:egret point. It is a time share community. They have a fully equipped kitchen, a good pool and many natural gas grills. There is a small workout facility and recreation area with Foosball and table tennis. The beach is a short drive away as are many amenities. For the price, it is a good deal.

Unit was nicely redone

I’m an owner here at Egret Point, Hilton Head Island, S.C.Over the years, we have seen a steady decline in the property.The place is in dire need of upgrades, the carpet is the same from 1997. This year we encountered mole and mildew in the shower, as well as the shower door being broken. The place hadn’t been dusted, or vacuumed, and there were spiderwebs in the bedroom, I was bitten by something in the bed. ( I even bring my own sheets, towels and disinfectant.) There isn’t enough parking spaces for the number of units here, and to make it even worst, owners and guest sometimes bring 3 and 4 cars per unit.My complaints, as well as others, have gone unnoticed.The value of the property has declined, so resale is not an option at the time.We can only hope that something will change in management or ownership or the property.

Nice area, enjoyed our stay. A couple opportunities for improvement. Air conditioner was not turned on before our arrival. Carrying luggage up a flight of stairs after a 6 hour trip to a room temperature in 80s was unpleasant. It took several hours to cool the rooms down. The 3rd level was hotter (no thermostat). If routine maintenance had been performed prior to our arrival would have caught the minor issues and avoided a couple maintenance calls during the visit. Would potentially stay again. Would be great if a lifting gear was installed to avoid carrying luggage up steep stairs (22 stair steps to entry, additional stair steps the 3rd bedroom.

This place is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the full kitchen helped save money by allowing us to cook dinner. The bathrooms are large and have large soaking tubs that are perfect to relax in after a long day on the beach. It feels like a home away from home.

The fitness center is pretty limited on the equipment that is provided. There are 3 machines, one flan bench and one incline bench, and a dumbell rack up to 35 lbs. Certainly good for fitness, but not much of a workout

Nice place, in our rooms the TV was really small, they need to update the amenities. In general the place is fine.

The rooms where very large and clean. The pool and entertainment room where very close by and they had many paths were we could easily bike through the entire complex! The only issue is they gave us only 2 parking passes. Other thatn that this was a wonderful expierence!

The resort is nice. It has a heated pool. It was futher to the beach than I realized. Its about a 10 minute car ride.

Decent pool but the hot tub want very hot

Weve been staying at Egret Point for over 20 years and we love it!! The only drawbacks would be the limited parking (HH Health Institute always has plenty of parking, but we are no longer able to park there which is ridiculous) and the wifi signals arent strong. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoy our annual summer vacation at Egret Point.

Love coming here. Its relaxing, quiet and close to everything. Great service as well.

We had a great week here at egret. First time here but twice before at hilton head...bikes were used to drive to ocean..weather not great but unit was big and just what we expected

The place is starting to show a little age but it is still a great place to spend a week in Hilton Head. It is so convenient to everything in the Coligny area of the island.

Would have rated higher normally, but in laws say they trap you into not having much flexibility or the ability to sell outright. Also the deck needed major repairs and seemed like a safety concern, especially with our little ones out there

Our condo had 3 bed/3 bath. Large dinning room table and a nice kitchen. Egret point also has its own pool and hot tub.

I checked in to Egret Point today. There was no bedding on the Master bedroom bed and no connection to wi fi for our unit. I called the desk and they said they would send someone with the bedding and that we would share wifi with the next unit! I wasnt happy about sharing the wifi but nothing I could do about that, We left for dinner and came back to a huge plastic bag in front of the door with the bedding inside. So,..... I drove over 600 miles today and now have to come in and make the bed! I am not a happy guest! and this is just day 1.

Its two weeks after an awful huricain. The staff has busted their butts to get it ready for owners and guests. Golf course is not open yet but thats understandable. I wish I could get here more often.
