Pretty little park.....with trails within and connecting to those which head north or south of Patton Park..little pond along the way to feed ducks/geese ..tennis courts ..picnic shelter with grills...racquet ball courts(but these are NOT maintained well)

A really nice, well kept park with a public pool and skatepark... also Dog friendly. Overall one of the nicest and most enjoyable public parks in Hendersonville NC

Always meet up with friends to walk the greenway. It will be nice when the construction project is completed, so that part of the park is accessible as well. Has a skateboard park, very popular and always in use. The public pool is run by the local Y and very popular with families.

This is a lovely park with walking trails a skateboard area and basketball. Unfortunately there had been quite a bit of rain so it was a bit muddy. They are doing some improvements to the park so this some construction happening but its still quite nice and Im sure will be nicer when its all finished.

Nice skatepark needs lights and could use a huge mural covering it for safety (slides) and protection (longevity of park)

A beautiful mixture of grassy green elements placed around concert skate park built by native Americans 3OO years ago. the ducks were kinda of click -ish and were a bit intimidating with the stares, me even thru fenced enclosure. they were locals and i get it...I just left but I’ll check it out sometime when they aren’t so paranoid

Good walking paths and nice picnic pavilion. Also basketball, skateboarding, soccer and ball field nearby.

Small park, not too crowded, and has trails that connect to other major parks in the area.

There had been a lot of rain so it was muddy and they were doing some revamping of the park. That said when all of that isnt happening this is a lovely park with a skateboard area,basketball,walking path and small trail. Pretty!

The skate park is well constructed for SKATEBOARDING. Lots of toddlers on bikes and their oblivious parents. People that dont even skate tend to stand in the middle of obstacles. Pretty annoying. Could use additional lighting and benches. Its a good park overall though.

4 stars instead of 5 because while this is a great park, with a walking/bike trail and lots of ducks, the playground is for toddlers only. Bigger kids cant play there because there isnt any equipment for them

Patton Park is a mess right now as they are working on drainage. Parking spaces have been compromised. The softball/baseball field is a mess, waterlogged and dog owners feel this is a good place to let their dogs go! Hoping things get put back together and up and running soon.

The park itself does NOT have a public playground or pool, contrary to other reviews. A playground and pool are part of the adjacent YMCA, behind a fence.

Currently under lots of construction. Hard to navigate.

I enjoy the tennis courts and Im glad the city has a pool, skate park, basketball courts, etc. But its prone to flooding and the racquetball courts are in very poor shape, primarily used by the the teenagers to do what they do when they think theyre alone now.

Good place to start the Oklawaha Greenway. You can go left toward Kimberly-Clark or right toward Jackson Park. Summer is a better flower time even though it is pretty hot.

Nice park. Easily accessible from the greenway. I enjoy riding my bike here and walking my dog. Plenty of parking and restrooms are open.

Not recommended right now for basketball due to the construction going on. I dont think its very safe.

The people that work here this summer are RUDE I WENT ALL SUMMER LAST YEAR BUT HAVE NOT BEEN BACK THIS YEAR THEY R SO RUDE AND JUST STARE AT YOU LIKE YOU HAVE A DISEASE OR SOMETHING. FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

Its a pretty great place. Fields for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, skate park, pool and a perimeter trail to walk or run. Basketball courts arent bad either!!

Patton park is a really nice park. We went for the Hendersonville pride festival and had a great time. Restrooms were nearby, parking was plenty and they have a pool.

I try to walk with a friend weekly. It is usually clean and safe. Most of th e people are friendly. Most people walk their dogs and obey the poop rule, The city needs to clean up the pond as it could use a water feature and plants.

Stop by the NC State Co-operative Extension Henderson County Center located inside Jackson Park. They provide resources and education on more than you can imagine. Their friendly staff might even pose for a picture with you.

We had old fashion prayer meeting with several different churches praying for the things that have recently went on in our city. It was really good and a beautiful place to have it.

Nice walking circle. Connects to other city parks. Pavilion, skateboard area and outdoor pool.

Patton Park is another part of the Greenway so you can go from park to park and visit them all. There is a really cool skate park at Patton. Fun to watch and participate too! There is a little pond there, playing fields, and restaurants near by. Another Hendersonville gem!

It used to be better before they let the pond get choked and muddy. Still has a really good walking track. There is a small, pretty, clear stream, which the ducks like to swim in, and hide their babies in the vegetation along the banks. And of course, the public swimming pool and skate park are at the other end of the Park.

Great park with open spaces walking trails and even biking trails that lead to several surrounding parks. Great place to relax and get downtime by your self or with the family.

Little ducks at the pond and a great path around the park(soccer fields and baseball diamond) with easy access to the Oklawaha trail.

My kids love the skate park. It also connects to the Greenway so its super convenient for a bike ride or walk

Great skatepark, full sized pool, the concession at the pool will fill your water for free, water fountains are disconnected.

What a hidden gym here in the middle of town! How lovely is this walk about on a verdant Spring morning! Birds singing, doggie bags for potty emergencies,(WITH handle! Very thoughtful!). A little creek runs through the Park with sweet bridges. There are several ducks and a maiting pair of geese for the lily pond.Ive only met the most respectful walkers and joggers, pet- owners and skate boarders. But you skate board at the park in a little skate spot set up for tricks and all. Bikers have a diffrent trail to follow, too. While lacking a playground, theres the afore mentioned skate park, a pool,(entry fee$$), tennis courts and basket ball courts. You can have a fine time here. No grills but plenty of picnic spaces! I hope youll enjoy Patton Park as much as we have! Im surprised at how nice it actually is!

Fun for all ages! Have a cookout, swim, skateboarding, biking trails, walking trails, play grounds for the younger kids!

I like that the play ground is fenced in but it is small. The bigger kids like the skate park and basketball courts! It is a nice place for a sho rt walk along the creek when the ducks are about.

Small park, but its ok for children...Pride Day was not as nice as I had hoped.
