I like that park, very nice place clean.

Quietest nicest place in Hemet. Such wonderfully kind caring group of individuals whom reside here. I love the safe atmosphere in which it has Ive left my car unlocked here and it was untouched. Everyone looks out for either the way God intended it to be. Love they neighbor is real.

The owner, property management company and managers at this park are TERRIBLE!! This was once a 5-star park. Since they took over, its degenerated to a 1-star park. The only thing they do well is raise your rent.

Going down hill. People not taking care of yard or home. Alot of people living in park that are not 55+cant have any time in pool because of all the kids.

Very clean not full of run down homes, gated community and neighbors look out for thier own neighbors. Big clubhouse with pool and other aminetys.

I just picked a friend up here and it was actually pretty cool if I was to get a mobile home I probably would consider this place

There is a bully that has a sick sense of humor. My mother in law lives is a grieving widow and lives alone. With that in mind this person wrote a disgusting letter that I will attach bellow. This person could obviously see that my mother in law needed help but, decided to victimize her.

Wowmens pool restroom showers not clean grounds are in poor condition but very nice pepole.
