A great safe place to call home!

I first became acquainted with this mobile home Park a couple of years ago. Theyre hard to get in, the home owners protect their properties and have a very strong Neighborhood Watch program. The property has beautiful landscaping and great views. I will keep trying until I can get in!

Very nice, clean and quiet. Kinda like a hidden gem. Nestled in the hills. Wide streets with a club house /pool etc .

Reasonable is very reasonable I like it hope to move in one of these days

Its a very nice park the people are really nice.

Really beautiful park. It is 55+, community room, pool,jacuzzi, pool table lots of stuff to do to keep active. Space is very good compared to others in the area.

This is a very clean and very organized Mobile Home Park. I believe it is a senior citizens only community. I do not live here nor do I know anyone who lives here other than clientele who hire me for tenant improvements. We do everything from HVAC to electrical and plumbing, Etc. With that said I have worked in and out of here for well over 20 years and everyone seems to be happy and friendly. This seems to be a very comfortable and safe community. If I get to the point where retirement is upon me I wouldnt mind living out my years here. Needless to say this is not a typical Mobile Home Park. Is beyond that in the best way...
