Beautiful views and right time of year to get up off the Desert floor and head for the hills. We started our in DH.S.went west on I10 to Riverside. We decided to turn back there and ended up in Idyllwild. Its so beautiful there! An (at the time) friend of a friend named Debbie had a house there that was beautiful. I couldnt live there myself because of Arther(itis). Ive become quite the weather woman sinceArther. Im better than Dallas Raines. And Imnot bragging (Im ragging). Its the worstpain Ive ever had bar (earache? toothaches and 2 C-sections! But a couple months of 110° weather and I can certainly stand a few hours!

Fairview Park is a senior (55 and over) mobile home park in Valle Vista, east of Hemet on Highway 74. A smaller park without many amenities, it is clean and well managed. Theres a good mix of older mobiles and new manufactured homes, several for sale at any one time. The spaces are rent controlled, and the view of the mountains is spectacular. The folks here are nice, quiet and generally considerate of one another.On Mondays, residents enjoy a Pop-Up Cafe hosted by M&M Kitchen, who creates delicious breakfasts for reasonable prices.

Fairview Mobile Home Park is in Valle Vista at 44725 CA 74. Fairview Park has over 200 + mobile homes a few for sale, both new and older priced to sell. Fairview is close to shopping and Idlewild is not far up the hill. Fairview Park is a 55+ Senior park with activities and our residents enjoy space rent control. Its quiet and peaceful. Ive have lived here for 19 years and Ive seen a lot of improvements, too many to list, my favorite is having coffee and looking at all the mountains.

I live in the Sister Park Linda Vista I’m new here just moved in October. I love these two parks!!Both places are very well kept, clean and peaceful with amazing views of the mountains!The Apodaca’s Steve and Teri are phenomenal managers they are super nice, caring and they live on site... if that’s not a testimonial I don’t know what could be a better one!!!I’m extremely happy here and felt at home from the first time I came to begin looking for a new home! Great neighbors as well...the only thing is....you won’t find homes available here very often....because no one wants to leave lol!
