Place is trash there is nothing cozy about it. Its affordable but you got to deal with 70-80 cats in this small place so it stinks. Theres about 10 homeless people that also occupy the park 24/7 they trailer hop they seem friendly but they will break into your place and kick back in your pad while your at work eat you food and take whatever as they please so beware. Other then that its affordable.

Good place to start out for people who dont make a lot of money or new in town. Looking to plant their feet. City inspections are going on at this time, pressure on tenants is very stressful. Awesome managers.
