Cute little center. A good amount of animals. Definitely worth the free admission. My 2-year-old loved seeing the animals, playing in the little education center, and then throwing rocks in the little creek. Theyre are a few little trails and picnic tables. A great places to spend an hour or two.

Lively and Intimidating. Strolling through area to visit wildlife up close and personal. While visiting, pre-pandemiic, a vulture soar downwards scaring wigins out of him. Made my day . Today, I was honored to have my favorite birds of prey stop by for a rest break

I didnt know Sulphur Creek Nature Center existed until my daughters girl scout troop planned an event there. We had a great time, learning about different kinds of animals, and getting to meet a few. Then we went on a little trail walk and saw wild turkey vultures. What a great little hidden gem!

My son and I love to go here! Its nice and quiet, never crowded (for me at least, not saying that they wont be crowded at some point), free, and they care about animals! What else could you ask for? Its not a huge place, but that isnt a bad thing. You can tell that the animals that are there are taken care of, and that is a good thing we will definitely be back!

Just a wonderful place doing good work to help sick and injured wild animals, also a living learning and nature center, with a lot of well taken care of animals. They took in a bird I rescued though I technical wasnt from region they cover and took great care of it . If your from east of the ridge I recommend calling ahead to see if its your zone. Also the give you a number to call and another for reference so you can keep track of the patient you brought in.. thought that was very nice of them to provide updates if you chose to stay informed
