My mom lives here. Everyone waves to you as you drive through the neighborhodd. The pools are always maintained very well. Management is strict about rules but not overbearing. My mom likes it there and she isnt ready to please lol

Lot rent has gone crazy high. We had lived there since 2006 had to sell and buy a real home where we own our on land. We are so much happier. But I have to say while we lived in Royal Palm we had a lot of friends and fun.

Too many older manufacturered homes in front of the parkAll the newer ones and available lots are in the back of the park.you dont own the Lot.

Real easy going place, most of the residents are retired. The park itself is keep clean and theres lakea in the back for those who love to fish.

(Had paranormal things happen during my stay)My family lets us all take turns staying at their house they bought here in Royal Palm village. The house was FANTASTIC, such a nice place to stay and had a great vacation! Had an odd occurrence one morning mid-way through our vacation(my fiance and I) while I was scrolling through my phone waiting for my fiance to finish getting ready; I heard a loud noise on the other side of the bed..I, being half zoned out focusing on my phone, assumed my fiance had dropped somethin or bumped something while getting ready and didnt say anything. Then my fiance asks me, did you just bump the step stool?(the step stool was being used as a bed-side table because they hadnt finished furnishing the place). I perk up after hearing her ask, and I get a chill thinking about it. . I respond, umm no?..She had seen it wobble back and forth in the mirror while she was getting ready in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Freaked me out and I was wide awake. I hadnt experienced anything like that in my life, only heard about it.. My fiance then reminded me about the first day we arrived; a plastic bag sitting in the chair across from us while we watched TV at night, randomly compressed and flattened. But we thought nothing of it then. Stuff gives me goosebumps..

Its a beautiful park, but the lot rent is quite high.
