Blue Heron Bay is a perfect example what an Adult Community should be. Friendly residents, beautifully maintained homes and yards, nice Clubhouse & Lake Area. You can see the pride in ownership. This is a really well-managed Property which is close to shopping, Medical Facilities & Major Attractions. This is definitely one of my favorite Adult Communities in the Manufactured Home Market.

I have provided pressure washing services for many residents and every one of them have been exceptionally friendly.

Hot tub hasnt worked right for roughly four years missing nozzles(surface skimmer). Pool only 82 and dirty tiles around inside edge(water line).

If we were relocating to this area, would definitely live here. Very well maintained community.

Great amenites, largre pool with hot tub and clubhouse with exercise room, pool table, kitchen. Well kept, friendly magement. 66 acre lake, full of fish. Well maintained with large lots.
