Very good management (very clean and tidy), good club house with lake, gated community, nice neighborhood. one of the best mobile home parks we found.

This is a high class manufactured home community that is like living in a park. Very well maintained and lots of beautiful trees.

Great place for 55+ residents. Close enough to many activities. Friendly residents and staff.

I couldnt live there. Lots of facilities but VERY expensive for place like this. Well over 500 a month just for a lot. I know of comparables in the area for 125.

It seems to be a nice place to live homes and yards was keep up.

Bought home here in November of 2018 moved from Pennsylvania and I love everything here

Is a nice place to live very quiet a friendly and family I wont mind having to live there I have a girlfriend that does look there and once in awhile when I go there its very quiet Baby Friendly yeah its a good place to live

What a sorry statement the management makes when they close and lock the doors of the clubhouse so that visitors at the park for the community yard sale cannot use the bathrooms. SHAME ON YOU! I left immediately!!! As did the 3 carloads of people that I told of the situation. NO ONE WILL SPEND MONEY WHEN TREATED SO SHABBILY!!!!
