First of all do not believe the reviews most of them are homeowners trying to get out. Has hot as the real estate market is in Central Florida they have 42 listings in this one community. They will tell you being in a Land Co-op that you build equity which may or may not happen. You buy the mobile home and then have to come up with $35,000 for a share in the Land Co-op, but your monthly expenses can raise in a heartbeat has it is not tied in the cost of living index and any major expenditures such as sewers, community projects will be passed on to you pass has an assessment I asked a few simple questions today such as a copy of the contract for the coop and the Articles of Incorporation to give to my lawyer to review and was told they are not available. I then asked to see a property and was told by the saleswoman that she didnt think I would fit into their community and was basically told to leave, beautiful property but in my opinion buyer beware there are already 42 victims trying to get out.

Clean and well managed. Very lively for a retirement community. All the lots look very well maintained. A full slate of activities along with a boat dock.

We attended a meeting there. The community is clean and well kept, clubhouse is lovely and Sound system absolutely wonderful. Great experience.

Scenery is magnificent. Excellent for photographers. Almost love the place for a couple of weeks out of the year. Only four stars because Im opinionated that it is too hot for me most of the time. But thats not the fault of Lake Region Village. The place itself is well-kept, lots of activities, decent management, all neighbors are friendly, and if you move in then most likely youll have extremely friendly and helpful neighbors. Excellent place for retirement but only if you dont mind high temperatures. If you are like me, plan on leaving your air conditioner on 24/7 for 360 days of the year.

It is a great place to live. It is the most reasonable place to to live. Everyone treats you like family.

A decent community but needs a new board. They installed speed bumps at the stop signs. Seriously!? If youre worried about speeding, put them in between!

Have relatives that live there. Good clean neighborhood. Lots of activities. Amenities are in great shape. People are friendly and active in the community

Very nice and very large mobile home park.

I Reside at this Village, on Lake Hamilton and it is quite the Little Village Chuck full of activity for those 54 and Older with a variety of things for corn hole to shuffle board and horseshoes with quilt making and card making and clubhouse Library also. DANCING and other weekly or monthly events going on snowbirds through out the park. So come check us out.

A large 55+ active community with pool and a gym. Off us Highway 27 in Haines city.

THE place is gated community. Safe, clean and the people are friendly, they welcome new comers, and there is plenty to do right in the park and lots of activities to keep everyone happy.

A very laid back quaint retirement community. We had fun visiting Grandma here, exploring with the golf carts and gator hunting on the lake!

This is a retirement community ( 55+). Very well kept and friendly staff and residents. The facility is gated and quite secure.

I have friends that live in this park. There is always something going on at this place! Great facilities and lively social activities!
