We have been living here since May but we bought our house in March! Since the first day, Paula (manager) has been absolutely amazing! Her friendliness and professionalism when taking care of her customers (residents) is outstanding! As a younger couple it was very hard to find a Nice mobile home park that is not “55 plus “ and I’m so glad we came here! New houses are making the neighborhood look fantastic! Great job to the owner and Manager for making this a pleasurable place to live!

Ive been here for about 6 months now and my husband and I could not be more happier. I love my home and new homes are being worked on everyday, the outcome when competed is going to be absolutely beautiful. It is a quiet diverse community which I enjoy. The property manager Paula and her family are amazing !!

This is a clean, quiet, diverse, and family oriented park. The manager responds to questions in a timely manner and keeps the park up to code and beyond. I feel very safe here. I would give it 5 stars but we need a swimming pool.

Tried to make reservations no answer on managers phone called corporate talked to owner,we spoke about month rental and he said manager would call me back with confirmation. Manager called me asked for date of birth and social number so she could do background check, needless to say I told her no rv park would ask for that sounds like shes trying to steal ID she said that was their policy . Warning after hearing that I wouldnt give them a credit card manager sounds like a thief

No customer service, been calling for days none one answer how you can sale something if you don’t answer call. Even went there today twice none one there.

I’ve been living here for a few months and it’s a completely quiet place, good neighbors. The manager Paula and her husband do an excellent job of everything it is the place I have been looking for a long time and it is also a community of all ages.
