The place is clean. The people from the office left a good impression. It is conveniently located near Aldis. Walmart. CVS. Walgreens. Wendys. Burger King and others.also a bus stop its near by.. It looks quiet. Has a pool and lake plus a few things for residents.

My friend and I have visiting for the last 2yrs in a real home we found everyone friendly and the park well maintained .interested in possible rental next yr.for a month as our current rental is being sold

Everyone is very friendly, the park is clean and neat. Most of the guests are snow birds. Convient to Wal Mart, gas stations, Lowes, and a ton of other things. For the price, this is a great bargin. Adrienne is super!

An older 55+comm MHP, property managers Adrienne & Derrick are personable and professional. The park is going through a cleanup/curb appeal renovation and the lot rent is reasonable.

It can be more pleasant. The administration has made changes, repair of streets, cleaning in the surroundings, but there are Mobile Homes that seem abandoned.

This park used to be great but theyve allowed the under 55 crowd and children to take over the place. There is crime and filth, as well as, loud, obnoxious visitors. The manager and owner seemed not to care about the safety and welfare of their most senior and reliable residents. All of the descent residents have, or are leaving. Ridiculous and shameful to see what the owner has let happen to this once beautiful place.
