Great place to explore and soak up nature. If you like trails, swamps and creatues this is a great place to wander around in. Highly recommended in spring and fall. Summer is ok but may be a little hot and lots of big mosquitoes. Use bug spray and take water with you. Great place for nature photography and bird watching.
A swampy trail but nice when dry. Cool looking woods and a trail not known by many. The trailhead in the picture is actually behind an abandoned house down at the end of a long driveway. There are no signs anywhere directing you the trailhead. You have to know its back there.
This is a gorgeous park with wonderful walking trails. It is not on the beaten path, so it is quiet. There are homes on the lake, so one should be aware of privacy issues. If you love a walk in the park, try this one. You will not be disappointed.
Nice trail. Little pond and woods.
Beautiful wooded trails, peaceful and quiet escape in the heart of the hustle of Gainesville
Not a park! Just a neighborhood lake
