Place is awesome quite clean the manager on other hand is a snake be careful he will get you in being nice then will nit pic u to death and try to take your home every chance he gets all the time smiling at you

All ages mobile home park. The manager there is well respected within the community he keeps the area clean and dont allow and the rifraf in the park

Windsong is a safe quiet place to live .its a family community with lots of children at play.We do have rules and not everyone agrees with them, they are set in place to keep community nice and safe and too also keep the trash out.If you are not interested in obeying rules or living in a safe & quiet community then this place is not for you.

Nice and quite the kids around the park can be a little rough but that’s kids my only problem is they have broken my porch door and the screen on my window porch can’t say who so haven’t brought it up to management.the fact is the management is doing it’s best I lived here for a year now and the only big problems I’ve had were my own fault the rules can be strict but it’s usually in everyone’s best interest but the rent has Been raised three times I don’t know why but it’s still a good place and the trailers are in pretty good shape even if they are older

Nice place and quiet.

I lived here for about 9 year now, windsong used to be nice, quiet, good place to live never had issues Until new manager arrived months ago. Be ready to be charged a fee of 25 dollars for each time your visitors or your own vehicles are fully park on your yard!! mayority drive ways fit max 2 cars.Residents who have more then two cars are the ones that are screwed. Streets are not wide enough to have cars fully parked on street or else no one can drive through. Its annoying to have always like a spy up your ass. Manager drives around at 9pm checking on everyone parking. a mobile home should not be as strict as this with parking if they dont have proper parking space & old trailer homes. Its embarrassing to have people over and to mention not to park on grass because you will be fined!!
