Just got my place. Very clean n kept up

Need a place to stay kid and pet friendly. Have a little play area for kids. Trailers for rent lo g or short term.

I love pine view because its quiet and i can raise my kids in a safe place without to many worries. The mangers have stepped up to make it much better living conditions. I would recommend this to my friends. Im so happy living here.

Went to help a friend living there and it looks like a drug paradise. some people were very nice but the office dont like fixing anything and blames everyone just moving in

Worst place ever asked to fix mold came back from out of town working Thanksgiving all my possession stolen its now March and they have amnesia about me being compensated and didnt even leave my toothbrush!

People dont know how to answer their phone or show up to scheduled meetings

They allow people to move in a trailer not fit for 1 for 675.00 a month not fixing what needs to be repaired...lets the phone ring for a long time...there is no new management....they have sexual predictors in the park

Ive lived here almost 5 years theres a play ground for younger kids .

Rent is Very high for the quality of Landscaping you get homes are crowed together like tin cans.
