Great Community, Great people!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They new homes for sale are really impressive. Nice upgrades, plenty of room, and the neighbors were friendly enough to introduce themselves which was amazing.

I clean a Tall Pines and I find the people to be so sweet love them

The residents at Tall Pines are just like one big family. Everyone feels welcomed and has a sense of someone is always watching and you never feel alone. Though like in any community we have challenges but I truly support the people who are working on those challenges for our community.

Everybody friendly and waves as you drive through

Oldie but goodie! Great place to live if you own your own mobile home but lot rent although reasonable and figuring other costs still a good deal. Be aware that if you are noise you will be woken up to the sound of train horns and planes with the local airport at your back door. Trains go all night long.

It is okay. Average mobile home community with retired occupants. Nothing special.

Visiting friends....nice big community. Very clean, houses well kept.
