Property Manager Deborah R. is an AMAZING person and is GREAT at what she does. We were going to purchase a very questionable mobile home. The sellers tried to take advantage of our situation of being homeless to get us to buy their extremely pour condition mobile home. I was pressured, not knowing what to do. I knew the place is literally falling apart, with MANY code violations that we couldnt afford to repair. Being homeless, and finally finding a home to purchase, it was hard to decide what was the correct thing to do. After talking to Deborah and getting her professional advice, I was 100% relieved and confident to turn the offer down. Shes been trying to help find us a home to get my wife and children off the streets. She truly cares about people, including her tenants. Something rare, you dont see often in trailer parks. THANKS AGAIN, DEBORAH!!!

Great place to call home.. all residents are valued and respected and encouraged to keep this mobile home park a glamorous spot to live The management is highly efficient, professional and always courteous.. had a wonderful park party a few days ago and it was marvelous. Well organized and great activities and special treats for all ages.. recommended by me as a place to stay for your homesteading needs.. come visit and meet the great residents. I find beauty everywhere.. especially inside .. thank you for sharing your professional skill and experience with us the residents. The staff goes well over the call of duty to get improvements done.. they certainly are giving back to the community-based services.. most appreciative in being accepted as part of a vibrant community .. resident in studio 46.. come visit me and get a tour .. gardener-in-training. I love living here. The managers are very nice and down to earth people. Most cost efficient option that Ive found. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of families and children.

Its absolutely gorgeous here and the people are up beat and very pleasant.. The view is breath taking

A big thank you to Mrs. Sharon for having our dumpster area cleaned up last week, it looks great. I wish it could stay that way,i know she is trying her best to make the park look nice...And thank you for giving us a start on the school supplies for the kids. The back packs and the added supplies were very helpful, and for that i thank you.

They are soo awesome and nice and clean its really cool the people who work here are awesome at there job so what are you waiting for come join the community.

My good friend lives there. Ive been there many times a week. Never seen anything but love in that place. Multicultural. Everyone gets along.

I love living in the trailer park .Its quiet and the managers are great people

They are so Awesome and they have everything fun and actives.

Really needs to be cleaned up and the places needs lots of repairs.

Rent and utilities can be cheap, but any damages to the homes or anything that is not up to standards regardless if you did it comes straight out of your pocket. Playground is mostly gone now, doesnt even have swings or a slide. Rats are a common occurrence inside most of the homes and one that the management wont take responsibility for.

Its alright for a mobile home park.

This place is a complete dump and should be condemned... Total despair.
