UPDATE: Currently just moved in, the process and paperwork went pretty smooth. Theres comments about Helga being the last owner. Shelley is the office manager, she is very forward and kind. Very polite. There is a waiting list if you apply but doesnt take very long. Overall the community is full of families. With the new manager everything seems to run smooth.

We moved there when my husband got job transferred up to Ft Pierce. It was a nice mostly quiet place to live. Our neighbors were very nice and the mgmt mostly kept an eye on the tenants who didnt stick to the rules and let the rest of us live in peace. Good rent for a big mobile home and the one we had was new.

Hilda the park manager is wonderful. Very helpful and helps to keep a very clean environment to live in. The pool is always very clean. Wonderful residents here. Very quiet community. All the homes are newer 2015 or higher 3 bed 2 bath large and accommodates our family of 5 perfectly. Lived here over a year and I would recommend it to anyone.

Getting alot better could use more cleaning out, but overall way better.

Been living here for over a year and few months so far and the area and trailer sizes great for our basic life needs. Affordable as well as clean....Cleanest of all in St.Lucie County BY FAR! Management stays hard at work to ensure the safety, cleanliness, satisfaction, and well being of ALL owners and each property within Country Cove park. Everyone gets along well and truly shows respect toward each other at all times. Actually, most people living here are rarely ever seen or heard from and keep to themselves.....Extremely small crime reports for such a large mobile home park which is RARE in any city or county...... Country Cove Mobile Home Park is an owner-only community. They make it easy to buy one of their spacious and clean mobile homes, complete with central air conditioning. After passing a brief background check, the owners will provide financing for you to own your own home. The standard lot rent and water is included in the affordable monthly payment. Electricity is extra by Fort Pierce Utilities Authority. The community has its own swimming pool and Tiki Hut. Residents give good testimony that it is a peaceful and safe place to live. They are located in North Fort Pierce on U.S. Highway 1, next to the Fairwinds Golf Course.

There to help out a friend, looks clean so dont know true underbelly, but it is very close to the beach and down town.

Lots of people leaving low rent but has almost nothing to offer 1 step above apartment living

There is not a bus stop for the people in this Mobile home community which are my age and over 57 I have to walk for 30-60 minutes to get a bus route route 7 passes country cove hourly going and coming. No route 7 on Saturday at all. Thanks

They claim you rent to own, but thats not the case, our son had a traumatic diagnosis and was rush to joe dimaggio childrens hospital, we spent a week in miami and got backed up on our bills. Upon returning I tried to pay 75% of the balance and they told me pay everything or pay nothing... Then they illegally evicted us which should have been a foreclosure cause we were owning it... People are out late at night selling drugs and we even had an attempted burglary while we were home
