I could not live in these old mobile homes. I love the people that live there though great people. Well at least the ones that I met. I wonder if somebody turns one of the trailers into a church and the people started coming it would change many hearts and minds.Free them from their addictions, most people I talk to drank alcohol, smoke cigarettes and I dont even want to ask what else.2000 a year just to smoke cigarettes could go a long way to beautifying their homes.Again though a lot of really great people.

This park has been cleaned up and most of the trailers are new the management is exceptional and I wouldnt want to live anywhere else.

I stopped by and did not go too far, but it seems clean.

They keep it clean its very quietmost of the trailers are in pretty good condition its not a bad place

In & out to pick up, the road was flooded & in need of major repair .

Great neighbors, clean, safe....even during covid-19 we sat socially distanced outside.. here 3 to 4 years

Rent goes up with no notice. Water is on your rent bill and that has study gone up, yet theres nothing or no one new in our home. The manager is ok... Shed rather write notes and blame it on her (whoever her is. Im guessing the owner but Ive lived here more than a year and never seen her We first moved in Maria was the manager and things ran great. She was moved to a new location and since its been horrible. Man I miss her. No one else knows what anybody else is doing and we pay for it. - Amanda

I live here. And its a quiet place to live for cheap. Nothing really happens here. Which is good if you have kids. The manager here really is not that good but I hear they go through them like kids eating candy. Right now its a girl named faith.

Looked at renting a unit there and the property manager Faith was great and went out of her way to help me.

Look like it is a down to earth trailer park I will be moving to it one the first

Quiet, but drive slow lots of children in the after noons.

This place is pathetic. To much drama and gossip going around .. the property is in health and city violation but yet they want to over charge you for living there

They really need to get this place cleaned up. Some of the homes look great and some looks like trash. Update.... Since new management came in shes working really hard and helping us bring our community up and its starting to look like a nice home community, however the speed bumps have destroyed two cars that Im aware of and the roads are really bad, so the roads in a major repairhowever its all coming together and Im no longer embarrassed to say that I live in this park

Nice quiet place very relaxing and laid back community

Not a very safe place. It feels old and unsafe. A lot of sketchy people and the office people NEVER answer the phone or return calls about Enquiring.

Love this place, the people are nice an its very quiet a really relaxed vibe here.

Been to this park plenty over the years mostly to work on residents mobile homes as a service tech. This park is not well kept up and is ment for extremely low income individuals.

I have lived her for a couple years and its a nice neighborhood. Managment works with you if you come to problems. Ive enjoyed being here

Management is on a bad roll.Took away a deposit on a property after the man died .And then rented the promised property to someone else .Very low down and dirty.
