Decent place to live on a budget. Its generally quiet and hassle free. Biggest issue living here is that they cut off the water to multiple lots without any sort of notice to tenants ON A DAILY BASIS. The least they could do is have enough respect for people living here to let them know the water will be cut off for repairs or whatever the excuse is. This is on-going and constant. Mention is to the park managers and they honestly couldnt care less.

Cockroaches everywhere! Looks like a rathole! Property manager is rude and does not respond to calls or texts. DO NOT RENT HERE! You would be better off anywhere else.

Great garbage dump

I have now been here a month. Clean, well-kept park around a small lake, with a heated pool, shuffleboard, and other activities. A high wall deadens traffic sounds and abundant trees alternate with sunshine to create a quiet, pretty, if older, park. The cost is slightly lower than other places. Management seems friendly, and pets are allowed.

Have lived here for 17 years. Safe, quiet neighborhood
