I went here with my family for a Baseball game my son had on a week day. It was nice. The place seem well taken care of. Clean and simple. I like it has a good coverage at the bleachers. It has a tall fence around it with a wooden roof. Plus it has a few tent to cover the path where people walk between fields. If a baseball comes out of the field you still protected.When we were sited at the bleachers we noticed the dugout roof is a bit lower than the bleachers and they are close together. Because of this we didnt had complete view of the field from the point where we were sited. We decided to get the chairs from our car and sit on the floor close to the fences behind the home plate. Even though I prefer the bleachers and I didnt mind the dugout roof being lower, my husband was happier because it was a nice complete view from that point. I added some photos where you can see our view.A gentleman was kind of bringing to our attention that we were a bit off the tent covering. How nice is that? Very nice. I made us feel they not only take care of the park, they also take care of their visitors. I loved it.They have a concession stand. We purchased peanuts and candy. The lady was very nice. Better than other baseball parks we have been. My daughter couldnt make up her mind at the moment of choosing something. You know how children are. Im very please to say that the lady didnt get angry. Even when we took a bit more of her valuable time than other people, she still kept her cool and treated us very well.I would definitely recommend going here.

Nice neighborhood park. Ball fields, tennis courts, super nice playground, picnic tables, plenty of area to just walk around and enjoy green space.

Kids like it. Nice playground equipment. Four stars only because bathroom is far away (in baseball field). Makes it hard to take two kids if one has to use bathroom and other still wants to play... Or if a kiddo waits too long to realize they need to go.

Nice park with baseball fields, tennis courts, football field and a playground for kids. Took my son here on a Saturday for an hour. Nice place. Grounds are kept up well. Fields in good condition.

My kid loves this place. Its a decent size playground with benches to sit at and a covered little pavillion. No busy traffic near kids.

One of the best parks in lee county

It is a very nice place where you can go with your childs or yourself and do do exercise Ill play any sport that you like, it there are too many tennis courts, baseball camp, football camp, soccer camp, playground for the childs, its a beautiful park. Be there is very nice.

The park as a whole is in good shape however...The employees are not taking care of the dog waste station. There has not been any waste bag supplies in the station for weeks and the trash bin below the dog bag supply unit is constantly overflowing

Been here for roughly 4 years, fields are done well and community is great. The dug outs are sometimes clean and the snack shack is a God send.Overall Great Park!

This is a great little park. They re-did the park a few years ago and put in new playground climb on and slide units. It has benches for parents to sit on and watch kids play. It has nice shade trees as well as a covered pavilion with a picnic bench on to sit and eat snacks or lunch. Rutenberg park has tennis courts as well as baseball fields and on the farther side of the park is an area the high school uses for football practice. Its a nice small playground but the shade makes it extra nice in this Florida heat!

Great location to take children or adults of all ages. Many different things to do and watch. Plenty of parking and area to space out from others. I would visit this place all the time if I was closer. It is like an endless backyard for the public :) Anything from swings to things to climb on, or fields to play on.

Best tennis courts in lee county, with three oaks close second. Has drink fountain bathrooms, shaded grandstand, high chain link fencing. Fair parking ( shared with football and baseball fields). Nice trackball courts, best in lee county. Basketball hoop, excellent playground for kids.

This park is fantastic, there are so many different things to do, baseball, football, tennis, racquetball and half court basketball. There is even a playground for the little ones. The old library building is starting to look a little run down and is attracting some riff raff. There is definitely potential for that building to be used in a positive way.

We spend 3 days a week here almost all year long! Great playground for all ages, SFMLL is awesome, and the Snack shack has THE best soft prezels!

Family friendly with a playground, nice pond, picnic tables and pavilion, ball park, and tennis court, and with plenty of open space.

My 4 year old enjoys this park. There is a structure geared more for toddlers and another for the older kids. He enjoys both. There are plenty of swings for older and younger and the park has a bunch of field for the kids to run around in. It is partially shaded naturally by trees. He enjoys doing chalk and riding on all of his vehicles there. There is a pavilion with picnic tables right at the entrance of the park. There is plenty of shaded area for picnics. Benches around the park and a good park to sit and let the kids play while just keeping an eye on them, very visible and small (but not too small imo). The parking lot in front of the park is small but this park is not often busy and I always have parking right there. There is additional parking further down by all of the sports fields. I dont know much about this park aside from the play structure area. It seems great for sports. I dont think that there are drinking fountains but may be wrong and there are bathrooms but you have to walk across the parking lots by the sports area for them. It would be nice if they were closer but it is not a big deal. There is a little pond that we like to walk around sometimes close by the structure. This park is one of my local favorites. It has always been very clean and safe feeling, in a nice neighborhood. I recommend it. Also, it is free.

Rutenberg Park, weve been coming here for years, now we bring our grandchildren. They have updated the equipment, it is very nice. Also a soccer field, tennis and a baseball field.

Wonderful park! Its very clean and the playground is wonderful to take your kids to.

I think this park has one of the best playgrounds in Lee county because of the huge beautiful shade trees.
