I have been living in this park for 9 yrs and am very satisfied with living here. It is very quiet, and feels safe. I am reading comments about the rents raising, but they are very modest raises, like $10-15, and not every year. They are making improvements in the park recently like new led street lamps, new sidewalks, road repairs, and I think Jennifer is doing a great job! I would recommend Tudor Estates to anyone wanting to live in a manufactured home.

I have a customer who lives in Tudor Estates. Ok place, alot of older mobile homes in the park. I dont like the 6 speed bumps in a row just coming in and out of park.

Very quiet park, I have been here two years and love it. The park manager Jennifer is very respectful to our needs. We feel safe when we walk around the park for exorcise, even at night and we are retirement age people. Maintenance is also good, in the winter after a snow the roads are generally plowed before 7am. Cant say enough about the park. And no I didnt recieve any compensation for this review. Just pleased with the park.

The manger Jen is great, easy to talk too and always willing to listen. If there’s ever an issue she’s right in top of it. Always see the maintenance man out driving around and picking up trash to help keep the park clean. Love the new play ground they put in a couple years ago and the pools a pulse, I would recommend anyone to live here

I am so excited to be a part of this community! The office manager has been an absolute doll, my application process was super simple, and I got approved the very next day. The home I’m moving into has obviously been taken care of, and they’re even fixing a spot in the flooring I hadn’t noticed. I would recommend this community to anyone!

Any and all money claimed to go towards maintaining park conditions/ fixing roads is a bold face lie. Every year the lot rent goes up, while she (park manager) sends letters stating the money goes to park improvements. Meanwhile the back of the trailer park remains untouched. She will literally put a rotting trailer up for sale and let some poor individual buy it unbeknownst to them. Not to mention in the past there had been issues with sheds being broken into and no actions were taken to resolve the problem.

This is a great cummunitty to be involved in, great schools and good service when need it. Been living here for 8 years with no problem!!

Grand Blanc school District.Quiet area.Great place to raise kids.Low cost living, close to everything you need.Both a home in the community and lived there for over 8 years.Lot rent sucks, but so do property taxes.A lot of retirees in this community.They will not give you much to buy back your home.

Worst management Ive ever had to deal with. They will tow a plated and insured vehicle for a flat tire. So dont go on vacation to long or they will drag ur vehicle from your house

This place is a very decent community with awesome staff and they always keep there pool clean and there grass clipped! The people of this community always have there lawns well kept and decorations out !

Dont really work with people was in a bad motorcycle accident in June and was off work 2 weeks last month for follow up with doctors got a eviction notice after they told me they would work with me the park maintenance guy said he drives around and spies on people just so he can write them up the lady in the office is really nice most of the people in here dont know how to read always running the stop sign not a safe place to have kids the way they drive through here

This place is nothing but a joke. Say you cant have a type of dog but the person you live with has that type and its okay.. Charges you a pet fee when there is no pet.. Says you will be credited to your account for that..that doesnt happen.. Says the person you lived with turned their keys in on a day so you turn yours in..do a walk threw & sign the papers which should have broke the lease but then 2 hours later get a phone call that the other person is moving back in.. call cooperate and the office lady lies about it all.. Since shes buddies with the one you live with.. This place is nothing but lies. No type of pool for a little kid..

For a manufactured mobile home park its not bad a mix of newer and older mobile homes.

Management and maintenance are the worst! Sign a contract shouldnt be able to raise lot rent after signing contract! Theres light posts in park when u first come in park that havent been on in months so its dark as hell park needs repaved roads so bad! Also when the roads get plowed in winter only does one strip down the middle the pool is rarely open and is gross no unbrellas for shade any more! Where the hell is all the money going we give them towards rent??

This place is a joke since new company took over. Lived here 6years and the community was pretty good. The new management in park office needs some major training on how to manage. Last review is exactly right.Very crappy place to live park manager jennifer is horrible. Loses rent checks, acts like people never have things go wrong such as car breaking down or a dog getting out. Fyi he jumoed out of the window other than tbat he is on a leash at all times. Very terrible place im glad that she is so PERFECT!!!! AND HAS NO PROBLEMS BUT WABTS TO MAKE EVERYONE ELSES DAYS HARDER THAN WHATS ALREADY GOING ON. CORPORATE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.
