Dumpy little park reminds me of dort village without the violence except the trailors are closer together

For a trailer park, it was clean and easy to find. There were many vacant lots which may be good for someone who dont want neighbors right next to them.

Well roguepilot2006 why dont you get your facts right with the park Cuz you was told that the only reason there was pictures being taken was to show who was doing damage to the park and was also told if your kids wasnt doing the damage then you wouldnt have any thing to worry about but guess what your kids was part of the problem and if ya noticed the kids stop do damage to the park and no one has had to take pics of the kids doing the damage ...... I think the park is a nice place to live yes it might take them a Lil time to fix things but it takes money to fix things and when you have ppl that dont like to pay their rent how can they fix things if they dont get money so I think all yall with ya bs post about the park need to grow up and think on why things happen like they do....

Just a heads up...Watch your kids at this place...the manager has a creep taking pictures of the kids at the bus stop....who knows what these two grown men are doing with the pictures! The owner was contacted and his receptionist hung up..said it was ok!

Would live there its to old ran down lots of out of code violations trailers all old no strom shelter no play ground or play area for kids its in a bad area but gd school district but just to ran down for the money main waters lines breaking

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! i found an ad online for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom that said call chris the on site manager, i called nobody answered no call back nothing! went there, no office, some guys personal place with a office sign on it! guy answered the door in his underwear very RUDE told me that they were closed due to the rain slammed the door in my face!!!!! went back the next day and no one answered but his dog was barking like crazy and then we saw him peeking out the window... this place is very unprofessional and should be shut down!!!

Not a good start to this place. I called about a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home and i talked to a guy named chris. He told me that someone was coming today with money for it but it was first come first serve and if i wanted it i could have it if i get there first. He said it would be around $740 to move in and i asked about the prorated price since its already the 17th of Feb and he said they dont do that. He also mentioned that the front door would have to be fixed and that i would be responsible for it if i move in, the last time i checked it was the mobile home park that is supposed to fix stuff like that especially if your only renting the mobile home. Chris is the on site manager and hes not helpful at all. I really wanted to move there because my uncle lives around the corner and it wouldve been easier for me to see him because he had a stroke. If you want to live in a mobile home park where you like getting ripped off then this is the place for you.

Wow this place is awful, I looked at a place with some guy with a tan truck... Very unprofessional and ALL of the ones he showed me were nasty, one even had fleas! The guy was rude and smelled bad too

The manager is never on the job..Hires drunks and druggies as maintenance..Makes rules and lets certain ppl get away with breaking them..Ive lived here 15 yrs and now am being forced out by bass booming neighbors and lack of responsibility from owner and manager..DO NOT MOVE HERE...
