Very unprofessional..I pick up garbage through out park..our skirting blew off n some random guy put on with pieces ripped n missing..no stove since October..trim is falling off..window sills r loose..never had inspection or grass planted as was promised ..They need new mgt as I know very many people that unhappy...Charles was an awesome maintenance guy who guy stuff done...looking to move..judy.. unhappy..it was nice when jenna was mgt..this mgr does NOTHING..

Absolute worst place EVER. Since changing management this place has went downhill fast. Ive had several issues and have asked numerous times for the owners contact information and was told they didnt want their information given out. My stove broke over a month ago. I contacted the manager as soon as it happened and she said they dont have a maintenance man right now so she didnt know when it would be able to be fixed. Fast forward 3.5 weeks and my stove is still broke. I wasnt able to make Thanksgiving dinner this year. We had pizza. The manager does not take her job seriously. I have made several complaints about people partying all hours of the night and speeding up and down the street and absolutely nothing has changed. Its ridiculous. I am definitely not renewing my lease. We are getting the hell out of this place. My advice DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Not a good place to live they break their own leases keep upping the rent will not return calls or texts messages if I could give this place zero stars I would not to mention the mobile homes start falling apart as soon as you move into it and they say they arent required to fix anything....

I love this place. Its always so nice and quiet and the manager is sweet as ever. Enjoy living here..
