It is a nice community and is getting cleaned up as well.

Yes matience sucks however not a bad place to live. Mostly stay out of your business. As long as you pay bills and keep yard up, good to go. Double wide side is nicer.

The maintenance man needs to get on the ball fixing things. But it is a great place to live.

I was trying to purchase a mobile home on a friday. The park manager told ais sonnd I discussed that she wouldnt be in the office till Monday to take the money for the trailer but had the park maintance man take me there and look over everything. It was a mess the park manager wanted to know if I wanted to wait and purchase it in a few days after they cleaned or purchase it like it was. I told her I would take it like it was and do all the work. She said that was fine and would be there on Monday for payment. Well a friend on mine lived across the street from the trailer I was buying and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday the maitence man and his son was going in and out taking the fridge, stove, washer dryer and everything they could get there hands on and I went over there and told them I had a agreement to purchase as is and they said you didnt pay yet. I tryed to call the manager she wouldnt answer and refused to talk on Monday. They are a bunch of low life theifs...
