The ambient is amazing, the place looks really nice, the customer service is great and the prices are affordable.

Nice place...another day of hard work

Lived here 4 years. no issues with any neighbors. I play my guitars pretty loud and nobody even hears it. I guess thats more the home I chose than the park itself. a few peeps mention roaches... I have never seen any or heard any neighbor mention them. must just be one old trailer or something. ..

WAY overpriced for how slummy it feels especially down Rainbow. Torrey Hills down the road is significantly cheaper and quieter. There are way too many kids running around, damaging property, harassing people, and standing in the road so cars can’t pass. Skunks are bad in summer. Multiple people selling drugs out of their homes and doing drug deals in broad daylight. The park manager wont do anything about it, so if you move here you might as well keep your complaints to yourself. One positive- location. But again, you could save yourself some money and head down to Torrey Hills.

Cockroaches on Rainbow Lane! Need I say more? This was August 2018. Didnt live there very long & this is why. When the manager came over we told her there are roaches trying to get into our place. They are on the skylights and house. Her condescending reply was you have cat food. She told us to go get bug spray and spray the yard. My husband is OCD clean and it was just 2 adults. Yes we have cat food in a dish and have for 10 years and never had nasty cockroaches trying to get in. We plugged every drain 24-7 unless we had to use them. I seen an Orkin truck across the street too. We took pictures of all of it. Also the skunk smell was horrendous!! Very very strong inside our house but the manager didnt care about doing anything about it. We asked why are the people moving next door and she replied oh they want a newer place but we knew it was due to the cockroaches and Im betting she knew it too. Stay away from this place!! If anyone else had the same problems and she refused to try to help in any way and you was forced to move then something needs to be done!

Love it here.. good place to get a place ... Very peaceful and good neighbors ... Everybody welcoming and things get done when need it to be .. its a beautiful place.

Its ok....but needs an upgrade

Dude. Dont rent from. Here. Ive lived there for years and for years a skunk lived under 6644 rainbow ln. Plus the place has roaches. Not only that the manager is very condescending. It stated out ok but as time went on the problems started and thats when you find out how you rate. Run from this place. Plus drug activity is bad down rainbow lane.

I have lived here for over 12 years and still love it. It is a nice park with good neighbors and is located in Carman Ainsworth school district. Its just minutes from everything and is a great place for families. We have a pool, playground and basketball court. Our clubhouse has been updated and is available for rent if you live in our community. The current manager is on top of her job and cares about our park and its residents! The cost is comparable to other similar communities in our area and is fair. Its a nice park, just outside Flint city limits.

They need to pay attention to the elderly. Drug problem increased, children in danger.

Nice quiet place. Lot rent is a bit high

Its being run down by new management. Would not go to this place now to bye a place for now She is renting them out to just anyone and they have a lot of problems little kids (5-7 yr) running in front of you when you go to vist. Looks run down now. Being told their closing pool next year and basket ball court was thinking of bying here. Not anymore.

Food and service was awesome...

This place is a trailer park for one and for two its a a trailer park, they have a pond n back of the offices that has dead animal (dog when I went) laying a in it. Not coo.

What theyre doing is is somebody with good credit rent and then they move all their buddies in
