Have been calling for two months with no answers to any question regarding availability. F30 bucks per adult to process spplication with absolutely no guarantee of any livable trailer being available or any time frame of one coming open. Keep saying waiting list lo . Pay for app and wait complete and utter RIP off. Basically a slum lords operation going opinion. Rate it at zero

This park is my home, and has made my life easier. Nice quiet park, everything is in walking distance. New owners, new goals, and new big changes! If your looking for a great place to live, this is the place!!!

Lady told me to come get an application. When I showed up and asked I was denied an application because they have a waiting list.

Has some decent trailers, good prices on rent to own. Have friends that live here and have no problems

This place has TERRIBLE customer service! For one, they dont have regular office hours so trying to get ahold of them is near to impossible! Secondly, I was applying to live there and they never once called me back like they said they would, I had to be the one to call everytime. Then when I submitted my application, I was told I would get a call back, at most, in a week and 2 weeks later nothing! I finally called again to inquire about my application. When I got through, I was told Denied with no reasons why then HUNG UP ON!! If it was possible to rate lower then one star, I would!
