One of the worst landlords I ever had he hired nothing but crackheads to do maintenance and they have no clue what they are doing. Messed up his own sewage trying to remove people. Stopped paying the water bill so the water company threatens to shut off water every couple of months. He is a slum lord and will screw you over any chance he can. His name is Steve and his workers that scam are bill Knicks and Bobby.

Place was dirty, Both garbage dumpsters were overflowing all over ground and rats.. Was looking for a place for a yr while I was working in Flint area wont be here... They should just demolish it and start over it looks like....

Very unkept broken windows in apartment inside the apt looked like someone started painting and quit. Apts look like slum like

Land lord is a great guy long as u pay your rent. Never had any issues. Place seem 2 be getting cleaner as time passes. Great low budget spot for flint

It a real nice place to live and the owner doing lots of work to inprove it.

Its pretty expensive for the tin cans that they have there, the consumer bills are outrageous because the trailers are insulated well and if you have a car you wont have one for very long because theres so many potholes made never fix any of their speed bumps or anything are holes or anything like that!

Use to live thier quiet nobody messes with your stuff or property staff ok only problem was they are slow to fix problems with your home if renting

We were going to rent from this guy and it was a total nightmare we put a deposit down on one trailer and was told it would be done and ready to move-in on a certain day come that day it never happened because nothing had been started So a week goes by and still nothing after numerous calls and text messages to Steve and he finally messages back then he says he’s going to put us in a different trailer bring the truck with all your stuff we went down to look at it and it was a total diveThe trailer was horrible smelling like straight up dog and stains all over the carpets The trailer park it was just in total disarray Steve is a con artist a liar and cannot be believed after numerous stories of being told they’re working on the trailer we go there to find out that nothing had been done and he wonders why we got a big attitude with him because of all the lies that he was telling he thinks that he’s slick by telling these lies but really he isn’t The maintenance department or so-called maintenance department is run by a bunch of crackheads that don’t know what they’re doing runners beware he blames all the bad reviews on X tenets well we were potential renters and the games were played from day one with all the lies that he tells he is very arrogant and is all about himself so if that’s the kind of landlord that you want to deal with a slum Lord then Steven is your guy the bad reviews that people have left about him are very accurate

Buyer beware! The owner is a crook! Takes your money and doesnt provide a habitable place to live. Wont fix anything and goes under an alias to protect his identity.

Roads are aweful maintance man is not reliable

Need work not enough help one man cant do ot all suffering without no heat the main landlord is a great person down to earth will help you out.

This is a poorly managed park, they will let just about anyone rent a trailer.

Very polite owner, more mobile homes coming to the park, been here six months and alot of improvements.
