My Sons and daughter-in-law and I came out and pass out candy true the Church Trunk or Treat. We had a great time. Enjoyed seeing all the kids in their costumes. Hope to be able to volunteer again next year.

Have lived here for about a year and a half now and have no complaints! Wonderful community and Michelle, the property manager is great. This is HOME.

Linden place is a great place to be. We bought a home here two months ago and since then my husband and I have not regretted our decision. They have a welcoming staff who is always there to help and it is always nice and peaceful here.

Very nice setting! Looks like a wonderful place to live. Can wait to move in!

Wow after reading all these reviews I decided not to look into this community any further. It sounds like a real mixed bag from downright awful rank living conditions (water, homes not being properly repaired before being sold for inflated retail prices). Manager harassing residents??? Not standing with EHO is even mentioned. Some love it. Most don’t

Linden place has made rapid improvement in the last year or so! The park has been cleaned up a lot, great maintenance and manager.

Water is bad, leaky roof....water heater broke upon moving in and had to have everypart replaced on it and when winter time came our heater went out several times even in the night and i have 3 children and our energy bill was 3 times what it is now and we bought a house!! The water smelled horrible and rusted and stained the toilets and bathtubs so bad. We couldnt even drink the water and it was supposedly well water but we have lived in a mobile home community bwfore and NEVER had this happen with our well water. We took pictures of everything. Even had a recalled fire extinguisher in the mobile home. They had no gfci outlets. Loose counters and oven hood was melted. Told them about the water ans they said its because nobody lived there and to run it....you smelled like egg ass out of the shower, loose toilets. Soft spots in roof Took pictures when we moved in,living there and when we left.webhad to build our own closets they bought and they never sealed the roof and in turn it leaked and had soft spots. We left our lease early and was told they liked us and would get our deposit back and am now told they sent our itemized paperwork by certified mail and i am a stay at home mom who can physically see the mail man coming....do not trust and would NEVER recommend yoy move here. Beware. Many people moved in the 7 months we lived there!!!

This park has vastly improved over this past summer and is beginning to be reminiscent of the showcase it once was in the late 80s

The new manager is getting things done that is true however he is verbally abusive to the residents. He is a bully and comes to your door to do so. Move in at your own risk we have already lost half our residents due to this problem.

Owner is out of state, didnt have a problem with anyone living there. AVOID MANAGER AT ALL COST. He is an arrogant has been prick, once on his radar he becomes petty with no one overseeing him he is in control. Most of his employees have quite or been fired over arguments. No idea how this place still runs. Avoid it.

New manager is working hard to improve on what the last 3 managers have not done. Have family living there that have not had any of the this fixed since day 1. Now since the new manager and maintenance they are getting these things done.

Horrible place! Alot of vacant trailors full of gas and carbon monoxide! Water is bad!

Seems nice enough

Used to live here. No pool but has a small park and bus stop for children.

New manager at this park is making it hard for long time residents to remain. They practice unfair housing. Not legal but happening nonetheless
