Went to visit a friend and the streets were disturbingly dark. Street lights are a STRONG suggestion.

Not a very good first impression when management is arguing with tenants while showing new rentals. Very unprofessional

Management is super friendly and respectful. They work with residents to make sure their rent is up to date and are considerate when it comes to the unexpected.They are intolerant of domestic violence, drug use, or any kind of BS like that.I see their efforts in creating a good community. Theres lots of kids that seem happy and healthy, its safe enough to where I see them play in their front yards without much worry. Theyre remodeling and switching out a lot of trailers to updated ones.Maintenance has been excellent. They come over to fix any issue I have and work around my schedule.Ive never had any issues with neighbors and they are upgrading their security measures with flint township to create a safer environment.Yes, it is on the north side but the price is right and the community is on its way up and developing well.*note* I assume the negative reviews on here are mistaking our park for another one near by that visibly justifies their reviews

Its a really good place everyone is nice but youll run into some ruff patches with some people its really quite here too

An up and coming community, that is improving daily. A great place to raise a family at moderate housing cost.

Bed bug infested tailor park they dont fix nothing i had a opossum problem three of my kids were all most attack by it and jackie said its a personal problem and thats not for our mantence if advise no one move there and if u do move asap i also have been dealing with the people across the street when i lived there but jackie kept saying we were related too them when no were not related it was just too much drama for me she sucks as a park management

The people here are great Jackie and Joe are people that and are always helpful

Nice place to live the managers are also nice that run the park

Its ok. Its rundown and could be better. Recently there was a tornado and my family went to use the basement, but the management refused to let them go into the basement for safety.

I love looking at all those beautiful homes.

The management is very friendly and quite helpful. They took the time to show us around even though it was snowing and blowing they showed us all the vacancies. When it came time to get down to business they helped us out there also

Sadly if i could give them negative stars i would. A BIG warning to anyone looking to start out or move and looks with them DONT DO IT!!! So i bout this trailer for 2200 last week that i found online and paid 50 to run our name through the park. Everything was going very smooth (took longer than normal) but was approved. so jackie at the front desk said i was free and clear to move in and just had to pay the 450 and come in to sign the lease. She then called me 20 min and asked how much i paid for the trailer (which made me uneasy) later telling me the seller owed 1100 to them and they wanted their money or they wouldnt let the sell go through. Well the seller talked to the owner and they agreed if she sent in 800 they would wipe it clean even after she went to court and was being evicted so she told them shed do that but when we went down to switch the tittle free and clear and when she called and i told her id be in monday to sign the lease. Jackie told me i was in the wrong and i shouldnt have done that cause now i have no place to go and i tried telling them how when i was approved already and she call me 5 min later and told me i am no longer approved and monday i can come get my eviction papers and i have 30 days to move the trailer. HOW IS THIS OK

Wasnt a bad place when I was young, not sure how it is now.

The office manager and the maintenance team are great!
