I absolutely love the property, the only think is they need a new lawn service. They cut the grass but dont bother to weed eat around my friends steps nor his handicap ramp, which makes it more than difficult to go in and come outside, half the time Im concerned something is hiding in the grass.

The worst park I ever stayed in advice don’t move here

Owners are some of the greatest people you will ever deal with. They do care about the tenants well being and keep track of how the older tenants are faring. The park manager is nice and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to move your mobile home then this is the place for you.

I live there soooo

This neighborhood is not a place that I would want to live. Some residents keep their lots nice but most are trashy and the mobile homes are run down. The roads are full of potholes that will put your vehicle in jeopardy.

We love living here. The staff is great. Must say, this is living at its finest.

Quiet park and great owners

They are cheap and decent mobile homes but if you struggle one month and get behind on a light bill they try to evict you even if your renting to own and arent late on your rent....

The lot rent is very high they dont keep it up like it should be the the money u have to pay. I dont live in this park and would not recommend it to no one. I hear very bad remarks on this place .

This is a great place and area to live in. Well-run, clean and quiet mobile home park. Nice people, good schools and plenty of shopping close by. I like it.

Theyre always going up on the lot rent saying theyre gonna improve the place and never do. The park has went down hill. Use 2 be a nice place. Not no more.

They need to repair the roads
