Very nice AND quiet. I have lived here almost 2 years and I have had no troubles at all. If something does need repaired the are quick to come check out the problem and fast at getting it repaired.. Ive had a ceiling fan go out and hot water tank..both were fixed within an hour! Ive really enjoyed living here.

Friendly manager, super nice maintenance man. Found out or stoves electric ignitor would not work and they changed out the hole stove. Great price and willing to work with you.

The people that give high reviews are people that Ted and his father know or there kept in the dark this place is horrible on so many levels better off at Grandview or high point dont do it they will trick you trust me

Nice place to live

We own our Trailer and have lived here for 15 years its ok. No problems so far if we need anything done to our traylor they will help us out here thats nice. We pay our own Electric, water and gas though.

I have lived in my trailer for almost 10 years and anything I needed done kid the manager would take care of it not know if that was just me or if he does that with everybody but I am really satisfied with where I live

Its not a great place But it is a roof over your head I cant say too much about it I used to live there and so I know what happened in my history so that may make me a little biest about it and that was then and this is now so things may be different
