Lived here since 2007 and Marnelle has had some of the most experienced office staff I have seen. The present staff has been the best in the time I have lived here.Tim is the most professional property manager I have seen since I moved here years ago and hope he continues to manage this property as he has made Marnelle a better community to live in

I live here and I never know when the pool is open.the hours are up but they dont make sense because its been locked most of the time I.try to go. Happy to say they are very nice and alway helpful

So I just called today to ask about vacancies and possibly moving in. The gentleman who answered the phone was really sweet and nice about questions I had concerning the community and pricing. I will be going to check out some potential homes in the next week or so but so far I like what I hear and see.

I have called marnelle home for over a year. Never had a problem, the neighbors pretty much kept to their self but they are friendly as well. The staffs are friendly willing and ready to help in any way they can. The new office staff is the greatest and the maintenance crew keep the ground clean and always on called this is a great place to live.

Office staff were horrible and realtor a joke. Doesnt keep contact seems frustrated when you call... do not advise.

Tim in the office is about as genuine and helpful as they come.

I love this place forever

I live here because i have to. They lie cheat and have unfair business practices. Its likened to public housing with weed smokers cop visits and lots of minorities. Substandard living in a supposedly wealthy area.

Nice quiet neighborhood all the neighbors are nice and you dont have to worry about dogs barking at night or late at night and you dont worry about people yelling at night is a great community and Im proud to say I lived there

Horrible customer service, tooooo strict with any little thing, the fact that they change employees like every other month says alot... the employee that works in the office has the worst people skills, worst attitude, like nothing fazes her. She doesnt try helping when u go and express your concerns, she acts like she doesnt know anything... just frustrates me that, you have people working in the office that act like they dont want to be there or want to help, why work somewhere u have to be nice to people on a daily basis... If it wasnt because of my kids and their schooling i wouldve moved already.

A typical trailer park. Poorly maintained, shabby and run down looking. Buildings like like they are okay from the outside, but bad on the outside even for newer units.
