Horrible experience. My money was taken from me and my family almost $3,500 and I do not live on this property at all, never moved in because they refused to supply my home with an electrical box. Money was given to them on September 25,2020 I wasnt told about my home finally being move in ready until I called for my refund on November 10th, 2020. They both stated that my home was now ready if I still wanted it which by this point I was forced to move somewhere else or be homeless until they or as they put it, at the will of the county when they decided to distribute electricalboxes to the house. I have never set foot in the home besides showing and they still have not given me a refund of my money. When I called today November 24, 2020 I was told last week it would be in the mail to me by Monday which I informed them I no longer lived at my previous address why didnt they just call me to confirm my address they then stated it would be in the office on Monday November 23,2020 and she would call me as soon as it got in. No one called Monday so I called this morning Tuesday they asked me again if I recieved my check in the mail and I informed them I was supposed to be picking it up she then stated it wasnt there they would call me when it came. I asked for a date and was told I could not get a date to just wait for a call. Ive been waiting for calls for the last two months and no one calls back even when you leave voicemails and emails, which she then asked me to do before hanging the phone up on my face and not picking back up when I called back in. I have been very patient and tried to be understanding even when my family was basically homeless waiting to move in to this home which I never moved into but now I am not even given the courtesy of receiving a refund in a professional and timely matter. I asked for a refund in the beginning of November it is almost December and they still cant respond back with a proper date for me to pick it up so that I can be done with this negative chapter in my familys life. I didnt want to write this review and could have done so months ago but today was my last straw when the sales rep lady Kate hung up on me rudely. I work in reception work and the professionalism she displayed was non existent.

Its a good quote place to live, with nice trailers, and most of the people are polite, its a good place to live.
This hotel is in a drug infested area. The rooms are over priced and not up to standards

Quiet and well kept
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very unprofessional and Manager is never available in the office! They go out of their way to get you in, but ignore you and treat you rudely when there is a problem. Manager (Carmen) is ratchet and can care less about tenants. She’s so arrogant she says her schedule is too busy to meet with any resident one on one to address an issue. You’re lucky if you get a call back. If you press the issue, they will hang up on you rather than help you. You’ll likely have to call corporate office for resolution, but they’re not much help and seem to be in cahoots with office staff. Perhaps if there were more accountability of this place from corporate, perhaps customer service will improve from the staff. Until then, count on poor customer service. Also, if you ever need help with rent, they are unwilling to take partial payments from agencies.

My daughter and son just recently moved into these mobile homes. The gentleman Ranaldo, the lady Carmen, were so helpful . Very polite people. Some places you apply for they are rude and disrespectful. Well not here. Im referring my family members from New York to apply. Thank you guys for helping my children. They love their home. sending more tenants your way.

Very clean and quite! Staff is professional. They try and get you in asap if you qualify they offer financing and the maintenance is on points. Great schools in the area too!
BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING. Listed a home with screen porch for 985. Got there. Home has no screen porch and they were asking 1025. Excuse: Prices subject to change. The ad for 985 has been posted for at least 2 days One can change an electronic ad in a heartbeat. There is no subject to change excuse for online advertising. They refused to honor their bait and switch ad.
Right now there is a serial vandal hitting cars in the neighborhood. 15 to 20 have been hit, some people twice. No one has been caught and from what I can see the park has done nothing to increase security. They didnt even bother to notify residents of the problem before it became so big.

We just had move in to four season and me and my husband where trying to get everything set up like starting with the light bill i had called up there and asked about it and this rude lady answered the phone and i did not know the new address and i told her that and she told me “sorry i can’t help you with that because you don’t know the address and your not a resident at out location so your husband has to call up here.” First of all if I’m living in there and i have the right to help my husband out. This lady was so rude to me. I called back and speaked with a guy if I’m not mistaking his make was raymonde he helped me out and was so nice to me over the phone. I want to thank him. Hopefully that lady starts changing her attitude.
Rent is too high for the little they offer. And manager is hardly in the office and never returns calls

Yes, it is difficult to get ahold of management because there is only one office person for this community. Also, what you see is pretty much what you get here. If you see your potential home has a few issues they may take a long time to get fixed because they have only one permanent maintenance man. However, the community is very quiet, very safe, and very relaxed. As long as you dont have any obviously unacceptable things going on like trash all over your yard, they dont harass you here. If they do see something theyre concerned about management is very polite and professional when talking to you about it. Over all, my family of four is very happy here and though we are only renting, we plan to stay for a few years until we are able to buy a home. Not to say we think this is a bad place to buy, we just want a house with acreage
I have lived here for two months and the first month two weeks with no running water.. and now its the second month and I have no running water for 4days you cant even come home and was your ass.. and thay were soupose to come back and do some repairs and paint..yea right.,.......
Some of the residents there have no respect for other people who sleep and want to blare their music but other than that its quiet and nice
Ranardo Seamon has great customer service, from the lst time I meant him he went above and beyond to help with the service I needed. And even today with the telephone call regarding my deposit, he is so professional and is aim to please in taking care of the residents. Thank you again Ranardo continue great service

We have been here over four years and they always promise to take care of all that has always needed To be fixed but nothing happens.The mobile home is getting lower in the back and carpet has separated from the strain on top of being dry rotted.We sat home all day to day waiting on a contractor that never showed and this is the fourth time. There is much that is needed to be done.Last year the community did lawn maintenance for renters. We need that now more than ever. My husband was operated on for cancer two months ago, we are not able to do or afford to pay any one. With the loss of his salary.Its quiet here but you can never get any one out in an emergency.

Management, at this location, is honestly incompetent. She refuses to answer calls. In order to get any communication I had to contact her boss (finding that number by calling other YES Communities to get someone, anyone to talk to) and now the boss does not answer. This company has no respect for customers, just wait until you try to talk to someone.They upped the pet fee for a cat 30 bucks a month, just because. Even though the lease says how much the pet fee should have been. We can not get our security deposit back, even after having the statement of what we were owed mailed to us almost a month ago. We have been moved out for 2 months. Now I have to go to small claims court.. yay...snakes, roaches, ants are the norm. You could see outside the trailer from in my closet!!!! they never fixed it although I told them day 1.Terrible, shady place. TURN AND RUN. I would rather eat 5 dollars worth of nickels than to deal with YES Communities again.
Nice park, but it is owned by a corporation that owns several parks here in Fayetteville. Have to call 4-10 times to try and contact anyone in the office.Very difficult to work with, on various issues. Rent goes up EVERY year regardless what the economy is doing. Always changing policies.
Lived here almost 18 years, park looks worst than Ive ever seen it look. Can not get them to help do anything to fix my front yard. Cant grow any grass and the roots will break your toes and feet. Have ask and ask, nothing done.

In all these years that I have lived here.This is the worst administration job in Four seasons.They have left us without water without reason.the manager in charge of Four seasons ignores the requests or complaints.the manager really does not do anything.lo with such bad service they went back to raise the cost of the Rent.
