Not a safe place and my trailer had no air or heat. The floors were caving in.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone trailer had no air or heat called multiple and was disregarded each time and they also had brown water

There are 2 massive holes driving here. It seems I must e drove on the wrong end, but these holes were scandalous. I didnt get to visit the other side, but it seemed to be more populated than the area I visited. Most of the trailers were ramshacked, old, and busted. Like I said, I did t get to visit the other side, but it doesnt feel lively at all.

I need a home so bad!

There are new owners and Ive been here for a few months and I have had no problems. Myplace is good and cheap. I love how every home has a yard, a deck and fence. My kids have lots of room to play and theres even a little play ground. The mainence guy, also manages the park, is very nice and hes quick to address any problems you may have. Ive only had 1 issue but it was at no fault of the park. Its very quiet and all the neighbors are nice. The only thing that I dont like is the dirt road. Its very bumpy and lots of holes so when it rains it turns to big muddy puddles. Since it hardly rains, its not that much of a problem lol
