I lived here 4 years ago and moved just recently moved back and i have to say it has came up ALOT!! The front office is very friendly and the Vice President Mr. Brewer is awesome! He’s done a lot of good for the park! He has brought it up a lot and there is less homes being broken into and a lot less vandalism. I feel as if my family is safe living here. I am very content and my family is to! Thank you Mr. Brewer for cleaning it up! And thank you for you and your staff for always being so nice! We appreciate it! We plan on being here for many years to come!

To me and my wife, we find the office personnel very friendly and helpful. But we also need repair to the parks land and drainage. We did have people drive threw our yard but they have fixed that problem.We now only have when it rains it floods out under and in the front yard. Me and my wife have been here 20 years and have seen how big they have grown. We have been told by the office that they will have it fixed. Our mobile home belongs to us and not the park, so you see it is our investment and we are not prepared to lose it. We would also like to have fenced in yards so kids dont ride or walk through the yards.

I enjoy living here. I have lived here several times. I move away and come back. Maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner by a great maintenance man. Front office is always helpful.

Trailers look trashy when the blinds in the window ate tore up. You should have some kind of code or order out there

Taylor’s Creek allowed a woman to be abused by the police for falsely calling to get her cars towed when she stayed there for over a year more and had the cars registered with their office ..Racist Complex please be careful. You and your items, cars, family are not safe.

When I first moved over here, I really truly loved it until we kept getting new management and the lot fee kept going up every year. When Mrs. Carylon was in charge, she new all her tenants and she believed in getting the work done that needs to get done. We had pooI parties/ cookouts and for the holidays during the summer. We never had to worry about anything. Now we have new management, I havent seen no improvement yet. We had alot of break in and it was the people that live over here. About 2 or 3 in the morning, u hear gun shots and people speeding at night. Where is the patrol people at? You have boys that dont live over here comes in the neighborhood be lurking around. They only have cameras just for the front so pretty much you on your on. The best thing to do is get cameras on your own home. For the price that people pay to stay over here, should be gated all around the entire place properly so no one can just walk in either the front or the back of the neighborhood. Half of the stuff people rated, they telling the truth. I been paying insurance over 14yrs and when we had that hurricane 2yrs ago, they supposed to fixed all the damage that I was told and approved for, they didnt even keep they word to fix it. They fix part of the work and thats it.I DONT KNOW WHAT THE MANAGER TOLD CORPORATE(JEFF) BUT HE TURNED MY WORK DOWN. I PUT IN TOOOOO MUCH INSURANCE( Money)NOT TO GET MY CEILING FIX FROM THE HURRICANE. IF THE STORM DAMAGED MY HOME, MY INSURANCE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF EVERYTHING. WOULDNT RATE THIS SO LOW IF I COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY CEILING FIX LIKE THEY PROMISED ME AND CORPORATE KEPT DODGING MY MESSAGES. I never in my life thought I would have to go through something like this. I believe if some of the tenants can get Mrs. Carylon back and the people that worked behind her, it would be much better. People moving out because how things going and what they see. If the front office dont do better, more people gonna keep moving out.

It is affordable. It does need improvement on their homes. Control the cockroach problem.

I’ve lived here for about a year and there have been some pros and cons the pros are nobody bothers me it’s very private and never have dealt with a safety issue the cons are if you need something fixed don’t expect it to happen right away they will give you a certain time on a certain day and they never show up and don’t even give you a call saying they are not coming I’ve repeatedly have had to call them to fix things and always get a excuse when i moved in I had a few holes in a wall and was told they will fix it and they never did I pray they don’t try and take it out my safety deposit but who knows with these people

This place is becoming a ghetto. The maintenance that should be done on this property is not getting done its been going downhill for the last 5 years and right now its at its lowest point. You cant get in and out of the front weve had severe range its flooded theres roots that have potholes in them that are at least 6 in deep not to mention the overuse of speed bumps that are way too high The security gate out front doesnt work anymore The damage thats being done by the lawn maintenance crew this place is absolutely atrocious somebody needs to do something about it I hate coming here to visit people but I have no choice.

This place is very quiet easy to access from route 301 in Fayetteville NC. If you are a person or family that lives to stay to yourself, then this is a place you would love to call home.

Rude and impersonal staff. Trailer had old appliances and when I asked if theyhad anything better, I was told no. He seemed offended.

I thought this was a good community trailer park to move in. I have been here about 8 or 9 months. I thought the rent was reasonable. But maintenance is a big issue, it is hard to get the help you need with the trailers if something is wrong or the job they do is half done. Still currently waiting on things that need to be fixed. Which i have made aware to maintenance.People BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU MOVE IN.

Taylors Creek has the sweetest employees! They go out of there way to help their tenants make it work. The grounds are beautifully kept and although the pool got a late start, it is open the allowed hours and has plenty of seating and umbrellas.

Since new management cause if you living paycheck check to paycheck and instead of working with you if you havent got a majority of your rent on a certain day in the month they take you to small claims court it crazy cause then you have to pay court costs on top of what you owe

The management does not know how to manage they treat their tenants any kind of way I do not recommend this place to anyone

While me and my family have only lived here a few months,it has been wonderful. Very quiet and relaxing out here. Any issues weve had they have fixed right away. Love it here.

Looks like a nice neighborhood it looks clean but the maintenance man dont come to fix anything. The people in the office are mean and disrespectful and will lie to you about anything. If you are going to rent a place in this area do not. And their pool is never clean. Summer is about over and the pool still aint open.

Literally the scariest and sketchiest place I have ever lived in my life. Our trailer got broke into while we were out of town and everything was trashed and my animal was hurt in the break in. After we moved out the office manager tried to charge us for the damages that were made during the break in. The gate at the front of the neighborhood never worked nor did the “security cameras”. There’s also an unauthorized entrance in the back of the neighborhood that any one can get into. People constantly in your yard, pounding on your door, absolutely no privacy. We constantly heard gun shots, drug dealers all over the neighborhood. I would rather be homeless then ever go back to that hell hole. For your safety and your family’s safety stay FAR away from this place.

I had to stay here longer than anticipated which cause more grief than I wanted. After being without stairs for 3 weeks and getting a concussion from falling down the stairs, I was informed the day prior to eviction, I was getting evicted after I paid the amount that the office attendant told me, which was incorrect. I Had to go between the office for maintenance and pwc about my water leak that led to my bill being nearly $700 a month which was more than my rent because since December the maintenance nor office never put gave the new toilet as ordered by PWC. I informed the office where they stated maintenance told them I repaired a toilet leak myself, which I wouldn’t dare to do because based on lease agreement any maintenance repairs done by tenant will not be subtracted from rent nor reimbursed. My final month here I refused to pay rent because on 10/18/2019 I was in my children’s restroom cleaning the tub and as soon as I got up the floor went in. I called maintenance immediately which I was informed no one was in office due to the weather and it would be put in as a work order. I waited and after 5days I went to the office to speak with VP and was informed it was never put in and would take another 1-2weeks to get repaired. So not on did I need a new toilet in my bathroom but my children were supposed to have a bathroom with a hole in the floor next to the toilet for 2 weeks which is horrible. As if that weren’t enough I’ve had belongings stolen from my front yard, mail stolen from my mailbox and even had false information given to an officer of the courts by an office attendant. They claim no responsibility for stolen products which is understandable but after complaints of mail being tampered with they still didn’t move a camera towards the mailbox area nor attempt to fix damages in the house. No the house wasn’t in the best condition but it was more than manageable until the maintenance issues became a burden and never fixed. Don’t get me wrong there were certain office attendants that were the absolute best and tried working with tenants and I completely understand about the storm but why should a family with 4&5year old children have to be cautious about where we walk because of a hole in the floor or pay more in PWC then rent. Anyone looking for a place to live place do not come here you’ll regret it, if I could post the video of my stairs and hole in the floor and water leak bills I would just to show that this place is horrible and only wants a check.

The ownership is doing a lot of great things at this community. Sprucing up curb appeal, improving on the landscaping. You can rent a home or rent to own your own home! I will be moving in next month and Im excited for all of the things to come at Taylors Creek Community.

WHAT SHOULD BE AN AMENITY- IS MORE LIKE RUN BY THE POOL NAZI. IF YOU ARE LUCKY POOL OPENS 11, BUT I HAVE SEEN IT OPEN MUCH LATER AND THEN CLOSES AT 6 DURING THE WEEK. LEAVING OUT DAY WORKING PEOPLE AND THEN IF YOU HAVE KIDS THEY MUST BE SIGNED IN WITH A MOTHER OR DAD TO OVERSEE THEM AT THE POOL. THEY ONLY ENFORCE IT FOR SOME PEOPLE. BREAKINS GALORE- AND PROBABLY AN INSIDE JOB COME TO FIND OUT. LATELY, ONLY LOOKS LIKE A FEW PEOPLE- THE POOL NAZI AND HER ASSISTANT. WHAT FUN!

Ive been living her about 7 years . its a great place lots lots lots of kids . Only problem I have is the speed bumps its like a speedbump every 20 seconds . but thats safe for the kids that run around outside and play everyday . But I dont want to move because my room is very big, Im in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom its big . && I might go somewhere and my room not be as big . But I love Taylors creek . Everytime we ask for maintenance they come and fix whatever needs fixing .

Park looked very nice but when showed up for a so called scheduled appt was told they had nothing available and that said person who set up appt via email no longer works there. They gave me complete attitude because somehow an ex employee is setting up fraudulent appts. Maybe they should be a little apologetic and handle situation with ex employee instead of being a witch to me.

Look like a friendly neighborhood with a pool

I moved here from Louisiana almost 6 months ago and at first it seemed like a nice place to live and the rent is decent but I have been waiting since i have moved here for them to fix tons of different things on this trailer and they will not do it. The ceiling in my 4 year olds room is molded because it has been raining through the roof, theres not even shingles above his room. My son also almost fell off of our porch because it is missing pieces of wood and another piece broke as he was walking up. There are several other things as well and the one day that they did schedule to send someone out I took off work and missed pay just to wait a couple hours and have to call them to find out that the maintenance guy took a personal day. I hate this place and wouldnt recommend to anybody.

Rented a double wide for over a year and have had the best customer service with ont a couple of ladies in the office. However, maintence is horrible. I literally had to have PWC technician come to my address and show the maintenance where the leak was coming from for me to have a pwc bill triple my rent which is $600. They informed them I needed a new toilet and all they did was realize he lied about installing my toilet and did another valve fix, which broke again. I recently informed then of the repairs I need to my front steps because I have 2 small children and shouldn’t have to resort to using my back stairs to go to my front yard to get to my car for 3weeks. They stated he couldn’t fix it due to the rain on and off but I’ve literally watched him repair my neighbors stairs and few others within these weeks of my stairs not being fixed. I already have to keep my doors locked due to people and stealing my things off the property. But today I unfortunately fell trying to help my children up the stairs because it was raining so hard and fell myself. So if I was able to give this place a 0 on stars I would.

The very worst place to live possable.Live there 9 yrs each year almost had a increase in lot rent reason they gave was to repair gate which had not work in years,to better maintain property which was crap from gate to where I lived there 29 speed bumps destroying your car.Ask them for several years to cut a tree down that was pushing into trailer never done. Moved and accused of stealing their refrigator and sent to a collection agency .Well its hard to steal something if they did not have one in place.Bad when you are put in collections for your refrigator which I have a receipt for,have call and call the rent office to clear up matter but never no answer. Wish you better luck than I had dealing with the crooks.
