This is a real island of serenity. You are in the middle of the city but once you go through the gates of Southlawn you close the world behind you. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. You have many people living closely but you would never know it. Many many trees to help buffer the noise from the outside. A very nice place

Residents r u very nice, clean and safe. Walking distance 2 Wal-Mart and shopping, fuel. Gated good size lots.

Best neighborhood in Fayetteville. Gated community has a vacation neighborhood vibe. All owners!!! Management are first class!! Super quiet!! Dan and Rebecca run a tight ship, they are amazing !!

We have a friendly neighborhood. Homes and lots are generally well-kept, providing an attractive community. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to shopping and not far from a variety of medical services.

Nice quite clean Mobile Home Park close to Walmart Super Center and other shopping centers and restaurants everything you may need or want to do in less than a mile from home with security gates and only 1hr 45 minutes from Kure Beach
