Park manager is very selective when it comes to placing people on HER property.

Its quiet people keep to themselves. Staff is friendly. Maintenance could be better

I dont recommend this place. They discriminate against service dogs and will say so to your face that they dont care what the law says.

The trailer was amazing. They did fail to mention that the same people that own Carolina Springs Mobile Home Park on Ramsey own them too. I could have saved that $20.

When i needed a place to live, me and mines lucked up on this location. Not going to lie it may not be much to look at on the outside but inside is worth it. Its affordable, they work with you, and most importantly, I NEVER WORRY ABOUT MY DOOR BEING OPEN WHEN IM NOT HOME.

For me, its a quiet neighborhood! Anytime Ive had a problem, Ive been able to speak with someone and the problems resolved. If you move in, inspect everything!!! They half-ass until the or a main problem comes about. Only problems Ive had are: (1) trash not being collected on time, and (2)the maintenance manager is very rude & condescending. Ive been here for a year and I can see many more, but this is clearly a temporary spot to get your ducks in a row... (B-)

Its needs some TLC a lot of the streets have potholes

Its home for now convenient to shopping and work its quiet and peaceful
