They are complete slum lords . They will make you pay a arm and a leg to move in and never come to fix anything, but when time to move out they will look for every excuse to not give your deposit back . The police is in this neighborhood atleast every other day, but if you just allow them to be slum lords they will look the other way and let the drama continue. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy .
